【摘要】：正"網(wǎng)聯(lián)"的成立意味著第三方支付平臺成為國家金融體系的正式成員。近日由央行參與成立的線上支付統(tǒng)一清算平臺(以下簡稱:網(wǎng)聯(lián))方案已經(jīng)原則上通過,計劃今年年底建成。根據(jù)現(xiàn)有的資料顯示,這個平臺主要為針對非銀行支付機構發(fā)起的網(wǎng)絡支付業(yè)務。簡單來說,"網(wǎng)聯(lián)"與銀聯(lián)相似,將是一個清算平臺,在"網(wǎng)聯(lián)"建立之后,第三方支付公司不需要再繼續(xù)與銀行分別談判合作事項,只需連入"網(wǎng)聯(lián)"即可。自支付寶成立以來,國內傳統(tǒng)的銀行交易體系被打破,逐步出現(xiàn)一種第三方交易的"清算盲區(qū)",同
[Abstract]:The establishment of Netcom means that the third-party payment platform becomes a full member of the national financial system. The central bank has recently set up a unified online payment clearing platform, which has been approved in principle and is scheduled to be completed by the end of this year. According to available data, the platform is mainly for non-bank payment organizations initiated by the network payment services. Simply put, Netcouplet, similar to UnionPay, will be a clearing platform. After the establishment of Netcouplet, third-party payment companies do not need to continue to negotiate cooperation matters with banks, but only to be connected to Netcouplet. Since Alipay was founded, the traditional banking trading system in China has been broken, and a "clearing blind zone" of third-party transactions has gradually emerged.
