一嗨租車的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:隨著中國社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)和汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,人們的消費(fèi)水平和出行的需求也相應(yīng)的提升;ヂ(lián)網(wǎng),電子商務(wù)等科技技術(shù)的普及使得車輛租賃更為簡便、安全。越來越多的政府機(jī)構(gòu)、企事業(yè)單位、商務(wù)人士及個(gè)人在享受著汽車租賃帶來的便利,汽車租賃行業(yè)進(jìn)入了規(guī);、高速發(fā)展時(shí)期。汽車租賃行業(yè)的資源共享、綠色、低碳的出行方式所帶來的行業(yè)優(yōu)勢已經(jīng)顯現(xiàn),汽車租賃行業(yè)將保持高速增長,有數(shù)據(jù)顯示在2020年前,汽車租賃行業(yè)年增長率在30%左右,2020年前后,汽車租賃市場將會(huì)達(dá)到1000億人民幣的市場規(guī)模。隨著以VC\PE為代表的資本開始密集進(jìn)入汽車租賃業(yè),汽車租賃行業(yè)成為焦點(diǎn)行業(yè)。行業(yè)的發(fā)展帶來了機(jī)遇同時(shí)也使得行業(yè)的競爭日趨激烈。因此,汽車租賃企業(yè)必須結(jié)合自身的技術(shù)研發(fā)能力、業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新能力,擴(kuò)大規(guī)模效益,從而保持持續(xù)、強(qiáng)大的市場競爭能力。本文以上海一嗨汽車租賃有限公司(以下簡稱一嗨租車)為背景,運(yùn)用PEST模型、五力模型和內(nèi)部資源與能力及外部戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境因素評價(jià)矩陣等工具對企業(yè)的內(nèi)外環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,論證影響企業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素。運(yùn)用SWOT矩陣分析企業(yè)所面臨的機(jī)會(huì)、威脅、優(yōu)勢和劣勢,明確企業(yè)未來發(fā)展方向。充分發(fā)揮企業(yè)自身的技術(shù)開發(fā)優(yōu)勢、市場先發(fā)優(yōu)勢、創(chuàng)新經(jīng)營模式,實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品服務(wù)差異化、個(gè)性化的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略思路。更重要的是,研究從實(shí)際案例出發(fā),對現(xiàn)實(shí)中有著一定技術(shù)開發(fā)優(yōu)勢、市場先發(fā)優(yōu)勢、創(chuàng)新經(jīng)營模式卻因市場競爭和資金瓶頸問題陷入高速發(fā)展與提升經(jīng)濟(jì)效益之間困擾的中小型企業(yè)在戰(zhàn)略制定和貫徹實(shí)施方面給以借鑒與參考,幫助找到企業(yè)新的發(fā)展突破點(diǎn),進(jìn)入新一輪的發(fā)展周期。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's social economy and automobile industry, people's consumption level and travel demand also rise accordingly. The popularization of technology such as Internet, electronic commerce makes vehicle leasing more convenient and safe. More and more government agencies, enterprises, institutions, business people and individuals are enjoying the convenience brought by car rental, the auto rental industry has entered a large-scale, high-speed development period. The advantages of resource sharing, green and low-carbon travel in the car rental industry are already evident, and the car rental industry will continue to grow at a high rate, with data showing that by 2020, The annual growth rate of car rental industry is about 30%, and the car rental market will reach 100 billion RMB in 2020. With the capitalization of VC\ PE as the representative, the auto rental industry becomes the focus industry. The development of the industry brings opportunities, but also makes the industry increasingly fierce competition. Therefore, automobile rental enterprises must combine their own technical research and development ability, business innovation ability, expand scale benefit, so as to maintain sustained and strong market competition ability. Based on Shanghai Yixi Automobile Rental Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yixi car Rental Company"), this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the enterprise by using PEST model, five-force model, internal resources and capability, and external strategic environmental factors evaluation matrix, etc. Demonstrate the key factors that affect the development of enterprises. SWOT matrix is used to analyze the opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses faced by enterprises. Give full play to the technology development advantage of the enterprise itself, the market first development advantage, innovate the management mode, realize the product service differentiation, individualized development strategy train of thought. More importantly, from the perspective of actual cases, the study has a certain technological development advantage and a first-mover advantage in the market. The innovative business model is troubled by the market competition and the bottleneck of capital between the rapid development and the promotion of economic benefits. The small and medium-sized enterprises can draw lessons from and refer to the strategy formulation and implementation to help find a new breakthrough point for the development of enterprises. Enter a new cycle of development.
