內(nèi)蒙古誠(chéng)信數(shù)碼廣場(chǎng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)今IT賣(mài)場(chǎng)行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈,各大賣(mài)場(chǎng)之間采取各種措施爭(zhēng)奪市場(chǎng),特別是在北京中關(guān)村,就有鼎好,海龍,太平洋,國(guó)美等等,尤其近年來(lái)3C賣(mài)場(chǎng)及電商的興起,直接導(dǎo)致零售商加快擴(kuò)長(zhǎng)的速度,對(duì)傳統(tǒng)賣(mài)場(chǎng)沖擊較大。因此,如何轉(zhuǎn)變IT賣(mài)場(chǎng)發(fā)展模式是當(dāng)今數(shù)碼企業(yè)關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)。本文在梳理戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展理論和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)有了清晰認(rèn)識(shí),這有利于誠(chéng)信數(shù)碼大廈進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略理論研究,然后對(duì)誠(chéng)信數(shù)碼大廈所面臨的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析,研究企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)現(xiàn)狀,以及企業(yè)內(nèi)部所具有的優(yōu)勢(shì)資源和能力,確定企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,研究認(rèn)為內(nèi)蒙古誠(chéng)信數(shù)碼廣場(chǎng)若繼續(xù)采用現(xiàn)有發(fā)展模式,就會(huì)遭遇市場(chǎng)淘汰,因此,對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古誠(chéng)信數(shù)碼大廈發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行研究是很有必要的。論文主要由五部分組成:第一部分包括論文的研究背景與選題的意義、論文的研究過(guò)程和內(nèi)容;第二部分為戰(zhàn)略管理理論概述;第三部分分析內(nèi)蒙古誠(chéng)信數(shù)碼廣場(chǎng)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,以及進(jìn)行SWOT分析;第四部分為內(nèi)蒙古誠(chéng)信數(shù)碼廣場(chǎng)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的制定;第五部分提出了戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的具體措施和保障。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the competition in the IT store industry is becoming increasingly fierce. Various measures have been taken among the major stores to compete for the market, especially in Zhongguancun, Beijing. There are Ding Hao, Hai long, Pacific Ocean, Gome, etc., especially the rise of 3C stores and e-commerce businesses in recent years. The direct cause of retailers to speed up the expansion of the speed, the impact on the traditional stores. Therefore, how to change the IT store development model is the focus of digital enterprises. On the basis of combing the research of strategic development, this paper has a clear understanding of the theory and trend of strategic development at home and abroad, which is conducive to the strategic theoretical research of the digital building of integrity. Then the internal and external environment faced by the integrity digital building is systematically analyzed, and the market competition status of the enterprise is studied, as well as the advantage resources and capabilities within the enterprise, so as to determine the core competitiveness of the enterprise. It is believed that if Inner Mongolia Integrity Digital Plaza continues to adopt the existing development model, it will be eliminated by the market. Therefore, it is necessary to study the development strategy of Inner Mongolia Integrity Digital Plaza. The thesis consists of five parts: the first part includes the research background, the significance of the topic, the research process and content, the second part is the overview of the strategic management theory. The third part analyzes the internal and external environment of Inner Mongolia Integrity Digital Square and carries on the SWOT analysis; the fourth part is the development strategy of Inner Mongolia Integrity Digital Square; the fifth part puts forward the specific measures and guarantees of the implementation of the strategy.
