A公司的配送優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:隨著科學技術(shù)和全球經(jīng)濟一體化的飛速發(fā)展,物流行業(yè)已經(jīng)成為服務社會的基礎性行業(yè),但是它卻在社會和經(jīng)濟中有著十分重要的地位。配送是當今物流活動中最重要的環(huán)節(jié)之一,它是現(xiàn)代物流活動的核心內(nèi)容,直接關(guān)系到企業(yè)的運營和發(fā)展,而配送中心和配送路徑是影響配送的兩大因素。企業(yè)的經(jīng)營規(guī)模隨著時間的增加而不斷擴大,導致了企業(yè)和客戶不斷提高對配送的要求,高效、快速的配送已經(jīng)成為其追求的目標。地理位置合適的配送中心和低運輸成本的配送路徑不僅可以為企業(yè)減少成本,同時還可以提高企業(yè)的整體競爭水平和客戶滿意度。因此,企業(yè)解決配送問題的重點應該放在配送中心的選址和配送路徑優(yōu)化上。本文是圍繞著A公司的配送中心選址和配送路徑優(yōu)化進行研究的。首先介紹了選題的背景、意義、相關(guān)內(nèi)容的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和主要的研究內(nèi)容。然后,對A公司的配送現(xiàn)狀進行研究和分析,建立評價指標體系模型,并運用熵權(quán)—TOPSIS法對A公司選出的四個配送中心待選方案進行分析和評價。最后,針對新選取的配送中心建立相關(guān)的路徑優(yōu)化模型,并運用遺傳算法和Matlab對新選的配送中心進行配送路徑優(yōu)化研究。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology and the integration of global economy, logistics industry has become the basic industry to serve the society, but it has a very important position in the society and economy. Distribution is one of the most important links in current logistics activities. It is the core content of modern logistics activities, and it is directly related to the operation and development of enterprises. Distribution center and distribution path are the two major factors that affect distribution. With the increase of time, the business scale of enterprises has been expanding, which has led enterprises and customers to constantly improve the requirements of distribution, efficient and rapid distribution has become the goal of its pursuit. The distribution center with the right location and the low transportation cost can not only reduce the cost, but also improve the overall competition level and customer satisfaction. Therefore, enterprises should focus on distribution center location and distribution path optimization. This paper focuses on the distribution center location and distribution path optimization of company A. Firstly, the background, significance, research status and main research contents of the topic are introduced. Then, the distribution status of company A is studied and analyzed, the evaluation index system model is established, and the four distribution centers selected by A company are analyzed and evaluated by entropy weight TOPSIS method. Finally, a new route optimization model is established for the newly selected distribution center, and the genetic algorithm and Matlab are used to study the distribution path optimization of the newly selected distribution center.
