【摘要】：隨著產(chǎn)品內(nèi)分工和信息經(jīng)濟的縱深發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)因深刻地改造著傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展方式和經(jīng)營模式,催生新的經(jīng)濟業(yè)態(tài),創(chuàng)造經(jīng)濟發(fā)展新生機而越來越受到各國和地區(qū)的重視,成為企業(yè)、區(qū)域、國家經(jīng)濟增長的重要拉動力。對于營口港而言,傳統(tǒng)的服務(wù)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展模式面臨現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)新興業(yè)態(tài)挑戰(zhàn),亟待探索現(xiàn)代港口發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,加快港口轉(zhuǎn)型升級。文章首先對營口港的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、存在問題進行總結(jié),利用分析其發(fā)展現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的現(xiàn)實需求,進而利用波士頓矩陣法、PEST分析方法、VAR模型、SWOT分析方法從政治、經(jīng)濟、社會、技術(shù)條件,對地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的外部效應(yīng)以及發(fā)展的內(nèi)部優(yōu)勢與不足、外部機遇與挑戰(zhàn)進行研究,提出營口港未來發(fā)展現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的方向,進而對營口港現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展進行科學(xué)合理的布局。文章最后所提出營口港現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略選擇及對策建議,可為營口港的轉(zhuǎn)型升級提供可參考的思路,并且對營口港解決目前存在的業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)單一化與傳統(tǒng)化、不能滿足經(jīng)濟社會需要以及發(fā)展后勁不足等問題,提供有益的借鑒,并對港口的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,起到積極地促進作用。
[Abstract]:With the deep development of the intra product division of labor and the information economy, the modern productive service industry has greatly reformed the traditional industry development mode and management mode, which has brought about new economic forms and created new vitality for economic development, which has been paid more and more attention by various countries and regions, and has become an important driving force for enterprises, regions and national economic growth. In port port, the traditional service economic development model is facing the challenge of modern production service industry. It is urgent to explore the modern port development strategy and accelerate the transformation and upgrading of the port. The article first summarizes the current situation of Yingkou port development, summarizes the existing problems, and uses the analysis of the practical needs of its generation of productive service industry, and then the use of Boss The method of moment, PEST analysis, VAR model and SWOT analysis from the political, economic, social and technical conditions, the external effects of the regional economic development, the internal advantages and disadvantages of the development, the external opportunities and challenges, put forward the direction for the future development of Yingkou port and the modern production service in Yingkou port, and then to the modern production service of the port of Yingkou. In the end, the strategic choice and Countermeasures of the development of Yingkou port's modern productive service can provide a reference for the transformation and upgrading of Yingkou port, and the solution to the existing business structure and tradition of Yingkou port can not meet the needs of the economic and social needs and the needs of the economic and social needs. The problems such as lack of stamina and so on provide useful reference and play a positive role in promoting the sustainable development of the port.
