【摘要】：隨著產(chǎn)品內(nèi)分工和信息經(jīng)濟(jì)的縱深發(fā)展,現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)因深刻地改造著傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展方式和經(jīng)營(yíng)模式,催生新的經(jīng)濟(jì)業(yè)態(tài),創(chuàng)造經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新生機(jī)而越來(lái)越受到各國(guó)和地區(qū)的重視,成為企業(yè)、區(qū)域、國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的重要拉動(dòng)力。對(duì)于營(yíng)口港而言,傳統(tǒng)的服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式面臨現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)新興業(yè)態(tài)挑戰(zhàn),亟待探索現(xiàn)代港口發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,加快港口轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。文章首先對(duì)營(yíng)口港的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行總結(jié),利用分析其發(fā)展現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求,進(jìn)而利用波士頓矩陣法、PEST分析方法、VAR模型、SWOT分析方法從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、技術(shù)條件,對(duì)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的外部效應(yīng)以及發(fā)展的內(nèi)部?jī)?yōu)勢(shì)與不足、外部機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行研究,提出營(yíng)口港未來(lái)發(fā)展現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的方向,進(jìn)而對(duì)營(yíng)口港現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展進(jìn)行科學(xué)合理的布局。文章最后所提出營(yíng)口港現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略選擇及對(duì)策建議,可為營(yíng)口港的轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)提供可參考的思路,并且對(duì)營(yíng)口港解決目前存在的業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)單一化與傳統(tǒng)化、不能滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)需要以及發(fā)展后勁不足等問(wèn)題,提供有益的借鑒,并對(duì)港口的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,起到積極地促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:With the deep development of intra-product division of labor and information economy, modern producer service industry has been undergoing profound transformation of the traditional industrial development mode and management mode, resulting in the emergence of a new economic form. More and more countries and regions pay more and more attention to the creation of new vitality of economic development, and become an important driving force for economic growth of enterprises, regions and countries. For Yingkou Port, the traditional service economy development mode is facing the challenge of modern production service industry, so it is urgent to explore the modern port development strategy and speed up the port transformation and upgrading. Firstly, the paper summarizes the present situation and existing problems of Yingkou Port, analyzes its realistic demand for the development of modern producer service industry, and then uses the Boston Matrix method to analyze the pest model and SWOT analysis method from the political, economic and social aspects. The technical conditions, the external effects of regional economic development, the internal advantages and disadvantages, the external opportunities and challenges are studied, and the direction of developing modern producer services in Yingkou Port in the future is put forward. Then the development of modern production service industry in Yingkou Port is scientifically and reasonably distributed. Finally, the paper puts forward the strategic choice and countermeasures for the development of modern productive service business in Yingkou Port, which can provide a reference for the transformation and upgrading of Yingkou Port, and solve the existing business structure of Yingkou Port in a single and traditional way. It can not meet the economic and social needs and the lack of development stamina and so on, provides useful reference, and plays an active role in promoting the sustainable development of the port.
