T公司貨運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù)流程評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:關(guān)于企業(yè)流程的研究,眾多國內(nèi)外學(xué)者都投入大量心血,也收獲了豐碩的成果,隨著流程管理理論的提出,這方面的研究更是步入一個(gè)嶄新的時(shí)期。流程管理是一個(gè)不斷重復(fù)的過程,集認(rèn)識(shí)、建立、運(yùn)作、優(yōu)化于一體,目前針對(duì)該循環(huán)中的認(rèn)識(shí)流程階段的研究并不多,本文正是著眼于認(rèn)識(shí)流程這一階段對(duì)流程進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)的。本文首先梳理了流程評(píng)價(jià)的研究現(xiàn)狀,經(jīng)分析發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)有的流程評(píng)價(jià)研究在構(gòu)建指標(biāo)體系上較多的著眼于流程的整體,主要評(píng)判流程的全局運(yùn)作效果是否與設(shè)立的目標(biāo)相符。但企業(yè)流程并非是一塵不變的,目標(biāo)會(huì)隨企業(yè)的壯大逐漸轉(zhuǎn)移,當(dāng)流程評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果沒有達(dá)到既定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)時(shí),無法追根溯源,找到影響結(jié)果的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn),這也說明對(duì)現(xiàn)有流程評(píng)價(jià)的應(yīng)用尚有不足。以解決該問題為目的,本文將研究視角深入到流程內(nèi)部,找到關(guān)鍵控制點(diǎn),建立一個(gè)循環(huán)來持續(xù)改善流程。本文通過對(duì)T公司貨運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù)流程現(xiàn)狀的分析,根據(jù)關(guān)鍵控制點(diǎn)的概念和確認(rèn)原則,確定業(yè)務(wù)聯(lián)系及維護(hù)、攬件派送和回款三個(gè)子流程的關(guān)鍵控制點(diǎn)及控制環(huán)節(jié),針對(duì)控制環(huán)節(jié)從業(yè)務(wù)執(zhí)行、信息與溝通、監(jiān)督三個(gè)維度構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,借鑒群決策理論、模糊數(shù)學(xué)和灰色理論提出運(yùn)用GEM-灰色模糊評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)流程加以評(píng)分,從結(jié)果分析可知T公司在信息與溝通方面做的相對(duì)較好,公司需保持現(xiàn)有優(yōu)勢的同時(shí)健全相關(guān)機(jī)制,業(yè)務(wù)執(zhí)行和監(jiān)督方面的得分較低,公司需增設(shè)檢查關(guān)卡和防錯(cuò)措施并加強(qiáng)監(jiān)督力度,保證流程的有效順利執(zhí)行。本文針對(duì)T公司貨運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù)流程構(gòu)建的評(píng)價(jià)體系和提出的組合評(píng)價(jià)方法,一方面是對(duì)流程評(píng)價(jià)理論的進(jìn)一步完善與擴(kuò)充,對(duì)該理論的發(fā)展作一些推動(dòng);另一方面也為同行業(yè)貨運(yùn)業(yè)務(wù)流程評(píng)價(jià)工作的開展提出一個(gè)可供參考的模式。
[Abstract]:On the research of enterprise process, many scholars at home and abroad have invested a lot of effort and gained fruitful results. With the development of the theory of process management, the research on this aspect has stepped into a new period. Process management is a repeated process, which integrates knowledge, establishment, operation and optimization. At present, there are few researches on the cognitive process stage in this cycle. This paper focuses on the evaluation of the process in this stage. This paper firstly combs the current research situation of process evaluation, and finds that the existing process evaluation research focuses on the whole process in constructing index system, and mainly judges whether the overall operation effect of the process is consistent with the established goal. But the enterprise process is not the same, the goal will gradually transfer with the growth of the enterprise, when the process evaluation results do not reach the established standard, can not trace back to the source, find the key points that affect the results, This also shows that the application of the existing process evaluation is still inadequate. In order to solve this problem, this paper explores the perspective of the process, finds the critical control point, and establishes a cycle to continuously improve the process. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the freight business process of T Company, according to the concept and confirmation principle of the key control point, this paper determines the key control points and control links of the three sub-processes, namely, the business connection and maintenance, the delivery of goods and the payment back. According to the three dimensions of business execution, information and communication, supervision, the evaluation index system is constructed in the control link, and the evaluation index system is put forward by using the theory of group decision, fuzzy mathematics and grey theory to grade the process by using the method of GEM-grey fuzzy evaluation. From the analysis of the results, T Company is relatively good at information and communication, the company needs to maintain the existing advantages while improving the relevant mechanisms, business implementation and supervision of the score is low, The company needs to add check and error prevention measures and strengthen supervision to ensure the effective and smooth implementation of the process. Based on the evaluation system of T company freight business process and the combination evaluation method, on the one hand, it is to further improve and expand the theory of process evaluation, and to promote the development of the theory. On the other hand, it also provides a model for the evaluation of freight business process in the same industry.
