在線文檔分享平臺用戶持續(xù)使用意愿影響因素研究

【摘要】:在線文檔分享平臺是一種特殊的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源,用戶可以將文檔如表格、文字等上傳到平臺上并與其他用戶分享。自創(chuàng)立之初,在線文檔分享平臺就迅速發(fā)展,目前已經(jīng)成為人們學(xué)習(xí)工作重要的信息來源之一。但是目前針對在線文檔分享平臺的研究并不多,尤其是從用戶的角度全面評價平臺成功的研究很少,因此本文研究平臺用戶持續(xù)使用意愿影響因素具有一定的理論意義和實踐意義。本文采用了期望確認(rèn)理論的相關(guān)研究成果,將用戶滿意度作為影響用戶持續(xù)使用意愿的重要因素;谄脚_的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)性質(zhì),本文將TAM模型中的感知易用和感知有用構(gòu)建改造成更適應(yīng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)環(huán)境的網(wǎng)站用戶友好性和網(wǎng)站功能性,并且認(rèn)為它們對用戶滿意度有重要的影響,同時引入了信息系統(tǒng)成功模型中的系統(tǒng)質(zhì)量和信息質(zhì)量來進(jìn)一步完善理論模型。而基于平臺的C2C特性又引入了在線交易網(wǎng)站研究中的重要構(gòu)建網(wǎng)站可信度,并且本文認(rèn)為在在線文檔分享平臺中網(wǎng)站可信度對用戶對網(wǎng)站的感知有重要的影響。在問卷收集的數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,本文使用smart PLS軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了實證分析,分析結(jié)果表明本文的相關(guān)假設(shè)均顯著。實證結(jié)果表明,用戶的滿意度對用戶的持續(xù)使用意愿有非常顯著而積極的正向影響,信息質(zhì)量、用戶友好性和網(wǎng)站功能性都對用戶的滿意度有正向的促進(jìn)作用,同時本文也驗證了在在線文檔分享平臺中網(wǎng)站可信度對用戶的感知——用戶友好性和網(wǎng)站功能性——都有正向的促進(jìn)作用。同時本文也驗證了用戶友好性在網(wǎng)站可信度與網(wǎng)站功能性之間,網(wǎng)站功能性在用戶友好性和用戶滿意度之間,信息質(zhì)量在網(wǎng)站功能性和用戶滿意度之間均存在著顯著的部分中介作用。因此,為了獲得更好的發(fā)展,平臺應(yīng)該充分地保障用戶的個人信息,加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)頁的友好性設(shè)計,給用戶提供更加全面和準(zhǔn)確的信息。
[Abstract]:Online document sharing platform is a special network information resource. Users can upload documents such as tables and text to the platform and share them with other users. Since its inception, online document sharing platform has developed rapidly and has become one of the important information sources for people to learn. However, there are few researches on online document sharing platform, especially from the perspective of users to evaluate the success of the platform. Therefore, this paper has certain theoretical and practical significance to study the influencing factors of platform users' willingness to use continuously. This paper adopts the related research results of expectation confirmation theory and regards user satisfaction as an important factor that affects the user's willingness to use continuously. Based on the Internet nature of the platform, this paper transforms the building of perceived usability and perceived usefulness in TAM model into user-friendliness and website functionality that are more suitable for the Internet environment, and considers that they have an important impact on user satisfaction. At the same time, the system quality and information quality in the information system success model are introduced to further improve the theoretical model. The C2C feature based on the platform also introduces the important building website credibility in the online trading website research, and this paper thinks that the website credibility has an important influence on the users' perception of the website in the online document sharing platform. On the basis of the data collected by the questionnaire, this paper uses smart software to make an empirical analysis of the data, and the results show that the relevant assumptions in this paper are significant. The empirical results show that user satisfaction has a significant and positive impact on users' willingness to continue to use, and information quality, user-friendliness and website functionality all have positive effects on user satisfaction. At the same time, this paper also verifies that the credibility of the website in the online document sharing platform has a positive effect on user perception, user-friendliness and website functionality. At the same time, this paper also verifies that user friendliness is between website credibility and website functionality, and website functionality is between user friendliness and user satisfaction. Information quality has significant mediating effect between website functionality and user satisfaction. Therefore, in order to achieve better development, the platform should fully protect the personal information of users, strengthen the friendly design of web pages, and provide users with more comprehensive and accurate information.
