【摘要】：道光二十六年（1846），包頭商業(yè)發(fā)展迅速，工商業(yè)者聯(lián)合成立“包頭鎮(zhèn)公行”，蒙古行是“公行”之下按經(jīng)營種類分設(shè)的九行十六社之一，主要從事販運蒙古族人民生活用品，以貨易貨，換取蒙民的牲畜、皮毛、藥材以及金銀礦砂等物資的經(jīng)營活動。民國時期，蒙古行在商會的推動下先后改組為蒙古同業(yè)會、蒙商業(yè)公會、蒙古同業(yè)公會。 本研究以1846-1949年間包頭蒙古行作為研究對象，通過對包頭蒙古行相關(guān)歷史資料的整理、分析與研究，運用歷史文獻分析法、比較分析法等研究方法，著重從以下幾個層面探討蒙古行在促進行業(yè)發(fā)展、溝通蒙漢貿(mào)易方面所發(fā)揮的作用： 第一，從包頭蒙商貿(mào)易的興起過程入手，探討了蒙古行的形成過程。清代以來，包頭人口增加，走西口至包頭的移民潮，不僅帶來了蒙漢兩族之間的經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易，更促使與蒙古地區(qū)做民族買賣的商人團體、商業(yè)組織——蒙古行的產(chǎn)生。它們最先以地緣關(guān)系結(jié)合而成，最終為了共同的商業(yè)利益轉(zhuǎn)向同一行業(yè)組織。 第二，從蒙古行組織構(gòu)成、職能入手，考察它在不同時期的運行機制及作用。蒙古行在公行、商會的改組下，具有不同的組織結(jié)構(gòu)及運作模式，但它所發(fā)揮的經(jīng)濟職能、政治職能、公益職能，都是為了促進行業(yè)發(fā)展，維護商業(yè)利益。 第三，從蒙古行的商號經(jīng)營狀況及規(guī)模入手，揭示蒙古行及蒙古同業(yè)公會指導(dǎo)下的企業(yè)所表現(xiàn)的同鄉(xiāng)與同業(yè)的交織、傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代并存的特性。 第四，從蒙古行與九行十六社的互動關(guān)系入手，探討蒙古行在促進包頭經(jīng)濟，溝通蒙漢貿(mào)易方面的影響。蒙古行帶動之下的牲畜行、皮毛行，三者成為近代包頭經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的支柱，蒙古行與九行十六社之間相互支援、相互依存、相互發(fā)展，“一榮俱榮、一損俱損”的互動關(guān)系，促進包頭商業(yè)城鎮(zhèn)的形成，深刻的影響著對蒙古地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟、文化的發(fā)展。 通過上述幾個方面對包頭蒙古行的探討，揭示了包頭蒙古行從行社組織到同業(yè)公會演變的歷程，以及蒙古行在溝通蒙漢民族貿(mào)易上發(fā)揮的作用。
[Abstract]:Daoguang twenty-six years (1846), Baotou commercial development is rapid, industrial and commercial people jointly set up "Baotou town public business", Mongolia line is under the "public line", one of the nine lines of operation according to the type of business, mainly engaged in the trafficking of Mongolian people living supplies, goods barter, exchange for Mongolian People's livestock, fur, medicinal materials and gold, silver mineral sand and other materials During the period of the Republic of China, the Mongolia bank was reorganized into the Mongolia trade association, the Mongolian Trade Association and the Mongolia trade association under the impetus of the chamber of Commerce.
In this study, Baotou Mongolia in 1846-1949 years as the research object, through the arrangement of relevant historical data of Baotou Mongolia, analysis and research, the use of historical literature analysis, comparative analysis and other research methods, focusing on the following aspects to explore the role of Mongolia in promoting the development of the industry and communication between the Mongolian and the Han trade.
First, starting with the rise process of Baotou Mongolian trade trade, the formation process of Mongolia bank was discussed. Since the Qing Dynasty, the population of Baotou increased, and the migration tide from Xikou to Baotou had brought not only the economic trade between the two ethnic groups of Mongolia and the Han, but also the commercial organizations of Mongolia and the commercial organization, the commercial organization of Mongolia. First of all, it is geopolitical relations, and eventually turn to the same industry organization for common commercial interests.
Second, from the organizational structure of Mongolia, the function of the organization and function of its functions in different periods. The Mongolia bank has different organizational structure and operation mode under the reform of the public bank and the chamber of Commerce. But the economic, political and public welfare functions of the business are to promote the development of the industry and maintain the commercial interests.
Third, starting with the business situation and scale of the business number of Mongolia, this paper reveals the characteristics of the coexistence of the coexistence of both the traditional and the modern enterprises under the guidance of the Mongolia bank and the Mongolia Association.
Fourth, from the interaction relationship between the Mongolia line and the nine line sixteen society, this paper discusses the influence of Mongolia bank on promoting Baotou economy and communicating with the Mongolian and Chinese trade. The livestock line driven by Mongolia, the fur line and the three are the pillars of the modern Baotou economic development, and the Mongolia Bank and the nine lines and sixteen societies support each other, depend on each other, and develop mutually, " The interactive relationship between Rong Rong and "one damage" has promoted the formation of Commercial Towns in Baotou and has profoundly affected the economic and cultural development of Mongolia.
Through the discussion of the Baotou Mongolia line in the above aspects, it reveals the evolution process of Baotou Mongolia line from the bank organization to the trade association, and the role that the Mongolia bank plays in the communication between the Mongolian and the Han nationalities.
