【摘要】：文章基于信息系統(tǒng)持續(xù)使用模型(ECM-ISC)和承諾信任理論,探索了承包方用戶持續(xù)使用意愿的前導(dǎo)因素及影響效應(yīng)。通過對(duì)威客中國(guó)等眾包社區(qū)用戶進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)采集,對(duì)理論模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,得出相關(guān)結(jié)論。結(jié)果表明,滿意度、承諾、習(xí)慣是正向影響承包方用戶持續(xù)使用行為的關(guān)鍵因素,其中滿意度的影響效應(yīng)最為顯著,信任具有中介調(diào)節(jié)作用;感知有用性是影響滿意度最顯著的ECM關(guān)鍵因素,期望確認(rèn)度和感知娛樂對(duì)滿意度均有比較重要的正向影響效應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Based on the Information system persistence Model (ECM-ISC) and the commitment trust theory, this paper explores the leading factors and effects of the contractor's user's willingness to use continuously. Based on the data collection of Weike China and other crowdsourcing community users, the theoretical model is empirically analyzed, and the relevant conclusions are drawn. The results show that satisfaction, commitment and habit are the key factors that positively affect the contractor's continuous use behavior, among which the effect of satisfaction is the most significant, and trust plays an intermediary role. Perceived usefulness is the most significant factor in ECM, and expected confirmation and perceived entertainment have important positive effects on satisfaction.
