【摘要】：隨著TPP協(xié)議的正式簽署,美國(guó)的"重返亞太"戰(zhàn)略以及"美國(guó)路徑"亞太自由區(qū)(FTAAP)建設(shè)都取得了實(shí)質(zhì)性進(jìn)展。然而,這一將中國(guó)排除在外的自由貿(mào)易協(xié)議將給中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展帶來(lái)一定程度上的負(fù)面影響。面對(duì)不利的外部環(huán)境,中國(guó)應(yīng)該采取多管齊下的策略,主動(dòng)進(jìn)行國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制和機(jī)制改革,同時(shí)全面參與雙邊及區(qū)域自由貿(mào)易區(qū)建設(shè),以更加開(kāi)放的姿態(tài)去迎接TPP協(xié)議帶來(lái)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:With the formal signing of the TPP agreement, the United States "return to the Asia Pacific" strategy and the construction of the "American path" Asia Pacific Free Zone (FTAAP) have made substantial progress. However, this free trade agreement, which excludes China, will bring a certain degree of negative impact on China's economic development. Facing the adverse external environment, China should adopt the negative external environment. We should take the strategy of multitasking, take the initiative to reform the domestic economic system and mechanism, and participate in the construction of bilateral and regional free trade zones in an all-round way, and meet the risks and challenges brought by the TPP agreement with a more open attitude.
