企業(yè)出口自選擇效應(yīng)與出口學(xué)習(xí)效應(yīng)研究述評

【摘要】:企業(yè)出口自選擇效應(yīng)與出口學(xué)習(xí)效應(yīng)作為企業(yè)參與貿(mào)易的"因"和"果"是新新貿(mào)易理論關(guān)注的核心問題。相關(guān)研究引發(fā)了兩個(gè)爭議:(1)作為貿(mào)易的"因",是"出口自選擇"還是"自選擇悖論"。國外的實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)多支持前者,而國內(nèi)學(xué)者采用不同的實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)方法,得出不盡相同的結(jié)論;(2)作為貿(mào)易的"果",是"出口學(xué)習(xí)效應(yīng)"還是"學(xué)習(xí)效應(yīng)悖論"。新新貿(mào)易理論認(rèn)為,出口對企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率的作用方向并不明確,新貿(mào)易理論認(rèn)為存在"出口技術(shù)溢出(學(xué)習(xí))效應(yīng)"。文獻(xiàn)梳理發(fā)現(xiàn):是否得出兩個(gè)悖論與所關(guān)注的企業(yè)異質(zhì)性內(nèi)容及出口學(xué)習(xí)效應(yīng)的影響因素有直接關(guān)系,但兩個(gè)悖論出現(xiàn)的根源具有內(nèi)在一致性——加工貿(mào)易使然。在未來,繼續(xù)延伸企業(yè)異質(zhì)性內(nèi)容、拓展企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率異質(zhì)性,進(jìn)一步細(xì)分行業(yè)或區(qū)分出口時(shí)長(階段),以及服務(wù)企業(yè)出口行為的異質(zhì)性將是主要研究方向。
[Abstract]:As the "cause" and "effect" of enterprises' participation in trade, export self-selection effect and export learning effect are the core issues of new and new trade theory. The related research has caused two controversies: "export choice" or "self-choice paradox" as the cause of trade. The empirical tests abroad support the former, while domestic scholars adopt different empirical test methods and draw different conclusions: "export learning effect" or "learning effect paradox" as the "fruit" of trade. The new and new trade theory holds that the direction of the effect of export on enterprise productivity is not clear, and the new trade theory holds that there exists "export technology spillover (learning) effect". It is found that the two paradoxes are directly related to the heterogeneity of enterprises concerned and the influence factors of export learning effect, but the root causes of the two paradoxes are internal consistency, which is caused by processing trade. In the future, it will be the main research direction to continue to extend the heterogeneous content of enterprises, expand the heterogeneity of enterprise productivity, further subdivide the industry or distinguish the length of export (stage / stage) and the heterogeneity of export behavior of service enterprises.
