【摘要】：高度發(fā)達(dá)的制造業(yè),讓佛山成為了全國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展較快、綜合實力較強的城市之一,經(jīng)濟(jì)總量更是位列全省第三,是名符其實的廣東第三大城市。然而,佛山第三產(chǎn)業(yè)占比長期處于較低水平,成為了佛山新一輪經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的短板。如何把握佛山第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展所處的階段和特點,有序地加快第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,成為佛山經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的關(guān)鍵。本文共分六章,第一章為緒論,闡述研究意義、研究目標(biāo)、研究思路及論文框架;第二章概述佛山市第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀;第三章運用因子分析法對佛山市第三產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展水平進(jìn)行了綜合評價;第四章運用偏離份額分析法對佛山市第三產(chǎn)業(yè)及其內(nèi)部行業(yè)競爭力進(jìn)行分析,提出行業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化策略;第五章對佛山市第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題、制約因素、面臨的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行了分析;第六章提出加快佛山市第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的對策建議。通過定性與定量的分析,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)佛山市第三產(chǎn)業(yè)具有規(guī)模優(yōu)勢和外部條件優(yōu)勢,但第三產(chǎn)業(yè)比重、增速和產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力處于劣勢,行業(yè)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)有待改善。建議政府進(jìn)一步改善第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的政策環(huán)境和市場環(huán)境,加大支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)、新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的扶持和培育,從而進(jìn)一步加快佛山市第三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the highly developed manufacturing industry, Foshan has become one of the cities with rapid economic development and strong comprehensive strength in the country. The total economic volume of Foshan is ranked third in the province and the third largest city in Guangdong. However, the proportion of the third industry in Foshan has been in a low level for a long time, and has become a short board in the new round of economic development of Foshan. How to grasp the stage and characteristics of the development of Foshan tertiary industry and speed up the development of the tertiary industry in an orderly manner have become the key to the sustainable economic development and industrial transformation and upgrading in Foshan. This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, the research significance, research objectives, research ideas and the framework of the paper, the second chapter summarizes the current situation of the development of the third industry in Foshan City. The third chapter uses factor analysis method to evaluate the development level of the tertiary industry in Foshan City, the fourth chapter analyzes the competitiveness of the third industry and its internal industry by using the method of deviation share analysis, and puts forward the strategy of optimizing the structure of the industry. The fifth chapter analyzes the problems, restrictive factors, opportunities and challenges of the development of the tertiary industry in Foshan City, and the sixth chapter puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the development of the tertiary industry in Foshan City. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis, it can be found that the tertiary industry in Foshan City has the advantage of scale and external conditions, but the proportion, growth rate and competitiveness of the third industry are at a disadvantage, and the internal structure of the industry needs to be improved. It is suggested that the government should further improve the policy environment and market environment for the development of the tertiary industry, increase the support and cultivation of the pillar industries and new industries, and further accelerate the development of the tertiary industry in Foshan City.
