【摘要】：在新形勢下,傳統(tǒng)零售業(yè)整體步入了低速增長的新周期。目前,正值我國深化國資企業(yè)改革的攻堅(jiān)時(shí)期,傳統(tǒng)國資零售企業(yè)必須積極主動(dòng)尋求轉(zhuǎn)型升級�？墒鞘袌錾限D(zhuǎn)型失敗的案例不在少數(shù),原因在于在這個(gè)過程中傳統(tǒng)零售企業(yè)未能解決諸多關(guān)鍵問題:首先是流通費(fèi)用過高、資本周轉(zhuǎn)速度慢;其次是連鎖經(jīng)營規(guī)模不經(jīng)濟(jì)、物流配送效率低;最后是管理水平落后、科技應(yīng)用能力滯后。雙主業(yè)商業(yè)模式恰好是傳統(tǒng)國資零售企業(yè)既能適應(yīng)進(jìn)一步深化國資企業(yè)改革的目標(biāo)要求,又能讓企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)雙引擎發(fā)展的模式,能夠有效解決上述傳統(tǒng)零售企業(yè)發(fā)展過程中面臨的主要問題。本文試圖用典型案例闡述雙主業(yè)模式的理論基礎(chǔ)、定義、形成過程、作用機(jī)理以及可行性。本研究基于對市場上已有的雙主業(yè)上市企業(yè)的改革實(shí)踐進(jìn)行梳理,明晰其商業(yè)模式的變革歷程,選取有代表性的越秀金控進(jìn)行雙主業(yè)模式分析。通過內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析提出越秀金控實(shí)現(xiàn)雙業(yè)主模式的充分性和必要性,同時(shí)結(jié)合企業(yè)的盈利模式和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控,重點(diǎn)探討其雙主業(yè)商業(yè)模式的可行性;希望能為傳統(tǒng)的國資零售企業(yè)改革提供一種新思路,進(jìn)一步提高國有資本運(yùn)營水平、企業(yè)運(yùn)行效率和核心競爭力培育能力。
[Abstract]:In the new situation, the traditional retail industry as a whole entered a new cycle of low-speed growth. At present, during the period of deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises, traditional state-owned retailing enterprises must actively seek for transformation and upgrading. However, there are not a few cases of failed transformation in the market. The reason is that the traditional retail enterprises have failed to solve many key problems in this process: first, the high cost of circulation and the slow speed of capital turnover; secondly, the uneconomic scale of the chain operation. The efficiency of logistics distribution is low; finally, the level of management is backward, and the ability of science and technology application lags behind. The dual main business model is exactly the mode that the traditional state-owned retail enterprises can meet the requirements of further deepening the reform of the state-owned enterprises and enable the enterprises to realize the dual-engine development. Can effectively solve the development of traditional retail enterprises in the process of facing the main problems. This paper attempts to illustrate the theoretical basis, definition, formation process, mechanism and feasibility of the dual main business model with typical cases. This research is based on combing the reform practice of the dual main business listed enterprises in the market, clarifying the reform course of its business model, and selecting the representative Yuexiu gold control to analyze the dual main business model. Through the analysis of the internal and external environment, the paper puts forward the adequacy and necessity of realizing the dual-owner mode by Yuexiu gold control, and discusses the feasibility of the dual-main business model in combination with the profit model and risk control of the enterprise. It is hoped that it can provide a new way of thinking for the reform of traditional state-owned retail enterprises, and further improve the level of state-owned capital operation, the operational efficiency of enterprises and the cultivation ability of core competitiveness.
