淘寶村的演變路徑及其動(dòng)力機(jī)制:多案例研究

【摘要】:2014年,農(nóng)村電商最具有典型的代表——淘寶村,迎來了階梯式的發(fā)展,“淘寶村”的出現(xiàn)是中國(guó)農(nóng)村電商發(fā)展進(jìn)程中一個(gè)重要的里程碑。我國(guó)的“淘寶村”從全世界范圍來看是特有的經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)象。這一獨(dú)特的經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)象引發(fā)了學(xué)術(shù)界的廣泛關(guān)注。但是對(duì)淘寶村的研究還甚少,淘寶村的興起還沒有得到理論上的解釋,也沒有學(xué)者對(duì)淘寶村的演變路徑及其各階段的動(dòng)力機(jī)制進(jìn)行探究和歸納。本研究通過對(duì)多個(gè)淘寶村進(jìn)行分析,歸納出了淘寶村演變的一般路徑,淘寶村的發(fā)展需要經(jīng)歷四個(gè)階段:萌芽階段、擴(kuò)散階段、分工階段、規(guī)范化階段,并且對(duì)每個(gè)階段的動(dòng)力機(jī)制進(jìn)行了探究,在萌芽階段,淘寶村的驅(qū)動(dòng)因素主要為創(chuàng)新和區(qū)位因素;在擴(kuò)散階段,淘寶村的動(dòng)力機(jī)制包括社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)、創(chuàng)業(yè)知識(shí)溢出以及預(yù)期成本收益;在分工階段,則主要由外部規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)和分工協(xié)作來驅(qū)動(dòng)淘寶村的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展;在規(guī)范化階段,同質(zhì)化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)一方面制約了淘寶村的發(fā)展,另一方面也促進(jìn)了淘寶村的創(chuàng)新。本文內(nèi)容主要包括五個(gè)章節(jié),如下:第一章:緒論部分,對(duì)當(dāng)前淘寶村發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、趨勢(shì)和相關(guān)問題等研究背景進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要的概括,提出本文的研究問題,并闡明研究目的及研究意義。第二章:文獻(xiàn)回顧,對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、電子商務(wù)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群等相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行大量文獻(xiàn)回顧,并分析討論已有的相關(guān)研究理論和結(jié)論。第三章:研究設(shè)計(jì),介紹研究方法以及研究過程。第四章:案例分析,對(duì)案例進(jìn)行分析。第五章:結(jié)論與討論,得出本文的主要結(jié)論,提出了本研究的啟示,并指出本研究的局限性,同時(shí)對(duì)未來進(jìn)一步研究的方向提出研究展望。
[Abstract]:In 2014, Taobao Village, the most typical representative of rural e-commerce, ushered in a step by step development. The emergence of Taobao Village is an important milestone in the development of rural e-commerce in China. Taobao Village in China is a unique economic phenomenon in the world. This unique economic phenomenon has aroused widespread concern in academic circles. However, the research on Taobao village is still very few, the rise of Taobao village has not been theoretically explained, and there is no scholar to explore and summarize the evolution path of Taobao village and the motive mechanism of each stage. Through the analysis of several Taobao villages, the paper concludes the general path of Taobao village evolution. The development of Taobao village needs four stages: budding stage, diffusion stage, division of labor stage, standardization stage. In the budding stage, the driving factors of Taobao village are mainly innovation and location factors. In the diffusion stage, the driving mechanism of Taobao village includes social network. In the stage of division of labor, it is mainly driven by external economies of scale and division of labor to drive the further development of Taobao Village. In the standardized stage, homogeneity competition restricts the development of Taobao Village on the one hand. On the other hand, it also promotes the innovation of Taobao Village. The content of this paper mainly includes five chapters, as follows: chapter one: introduction, the current Taobao village development status, trends and related issues are briefly summarized, and put forward the research issues in this paper, The purpose and significance of the research are expounded. Chapter two: literature review, a large amount of literature review on industrial clusters, e-commerce industrial clusters and other related studies, and analysis and discussion of the existing relevant research theory and conclusions. The third chapter: the research design, introduces the research method and the research process. Chapter four: case analysis, case analysis. Chapter five: conclusion and discussion, draw the main conclusion of this paper, put forward the enlightenment of this research, point out the limitation of this research, and put forward the research prospect to the future research direction.
