【摘要】：目的:在當(dāng)前學(xué)者們對(duì)移動(dòng)醫(yī)療和健康管理理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,將兩者結(jié)合,探討基于移動(dòng)醫(yī)療的健康管理發(fā)展研究。通過(guò)對(duì)移動(dòng)醫(yī)療健康管理應(yīng)用情況的實(shí)際調(diào)查,分析移動(dòng)醫(yī)療健康管理APP的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,從現(xiàn)狀中分析存在的問(wèn)題,針對(duì)問(wèn)題提出一些切實(shí)可行的對(duì)策建議,為移動(dòng)醫(yī)療健康管理APP的發(fā)展提供基礎(chǔ)信息與現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù),進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)移動(dòng)醫(yī)療健康管理產(chǎn)業(yè)的更好發(fā)展。方法:在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,采用自行設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)于移動(dòng)醫(yī)療健康管理的問(wèn)卷,通過(guò)小范圍預(yù)調(diào)查并修改完善后,采用整群抽樣和便利抽樣法對(duì)居民進(jìn)行調(diào)查。于2016年9-10月份在武漢市江漢區(qū)解放大道同濟(jì)醫(yī)院周邊地區(qū)、武昌區(qū)積玉橋街道及洪山區(qū)黃家湖地區(qū)抽取居民550例,調(diào)查了解居民對(duì)移動(dòng)醫(yī)療健康管理的認(rèn)知水平與態(tài)度、對(duì)服務(wù)的需求與利用、使用的影響因素及主要存在問(wèn)題等,由經(jīng)過(guò)培訓(xùn)合格的調(diào)查員組織問(wèn)卷的調(diào)查與收集。結(jié)果:發(fā)放問(wèn)卷550份,在剔除亂填、空白和嚴(yán)重缺答的問(wèn)卷后,保留有效問(wèn)卷513份,有效問(wèn)卷回收率93.27%。277人(54%)表示沒(méi)有聽說(shuō)過(guò)移動(dòng)醫(yī)療健康管理;408人(79.5%)樂(lè)意接受移動(dòng)醫(yī)療健康管理APP;147人(28.7%)使用過(guò)移動(dòng)醫(yī)療健康管理APP;使用較多的功能依次是健身運(yùn)動(dòng)、養(yǎng)生保健、在線問(wèn)診;居民選擇移動(dòng)醫(yī)療健康管理APP的原因從高到低依次是運(yùn)動(dòng)保健、疾病預(yù)防與保健、營(yíng)養(yǎng)保健;其中,124人(占使用人數(shù)的84.4%)對(duì)于移動(dòng)醫(yī)療健康管理APP的使用效果表示滿意;215人希望通過(guò)移動(dòng)醫(yī)療獲取健康檢查與監(jiān)測(cè)服務(wù),約占總數(shù)的41.9%;功能設(shè)置的完備程度及使用效果的好壞是影響居民使用移動(dòng)醫(yī)療健康管理APP的主要因素;個(gè)人信息泄漏、功能不能滿足個(gè)人需求是居民使用移動(dòng)醫(yī)療健康管理APP最為擔(dān)心的問(wèn)題;受訪居民最期待的排名前三功能分別是中醫(yī)體質(zhì)自查、中醫(yī)養(yǎng)生膳食和中醫(yī)運(yùn)動(dòng)保健;年齡、受教育程度和是否定期體檢是影響居民對(duì)移動(dòng)醫(yī)療健康管理APP態(tài)度的主要因素,同時(shí),年齡與是否定期體檢是影響居民是否使用移動(dòng)醫(yī)療健康管理APP的主要因素。結(jié)論:居民對(duì)于移動(dòng)醫(yī)療健康管理的認(rèn)知尚淺,但對(duì)其接受程度比較高;使用移動(dòng)醫(yī)療健康管理APP的人數(shù)不多,說(shuō)明移動(dòng)醫(yī)療健康管理APP對(duì)移動(dòng)用戶的滲透率還不夠;使用過(guò)該類APP的居民對(duì)其滿意度很高,移動(dòng)醫(yī)療健康管理市場(chǎng)還有很大的用戶潛力有待挖掘。就APP自身而言,功能和效果是居民是否下載并使用一款移動(dòng)醫(yī)療健康管理APP的主要因素,就居民個(gè)體特征而言,受教育程度和是否定期體檢是影響居民對(duì)APP態(tài)度并使用與否的主要因素。移動(dòng)醫(yī)療健康管理市場(chǎng)要健康持續(xù)發(fā)展,需加大宣傳力度,提升其在移動(dòng)手機(jī)用戶中的滲透率;全面了解用戶需求,拓展應(yīng)用服務(wù)功能,提高應(yīng)用的整體質(zhì)量;不斷嘗試技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,加強(qiáng)用戶個(gè)人隱私保護(hù);同時(shí)還需要國(guó)家層面不斷完善相關(guān)法律法規(guī),加強(qiáng)監(jiān)管。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the development of mobile health management based on mobile medicine and health management. Through the actual investigation of the application of mobile medical health management, this paper analyzes the development status of mobile medical health management APP, analyzes the existing problems from the current situation, and puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the problems. It provides basic information and realistic basis for the development of mobile medical health management (APP), and further promotes the better development of mobile medical health management industry. Methods: on the basis of the domestic and foreign literature research, the self-designed questionnaire about mobile medical health management was adopted, and the residents were investigated by cluster sampling and convenience sampling after small scale pre-investigation and modification. From September to October 2016, 550 residents were sampled from Jiefang Avenue Tongji Hospital in Jianghan District, Wuhan City, Jieyuqiao Street in Wuchang District and Huangjiahu District in Hongshan District to investigate the residents' cognition level and attitude towards mobile medical health management. The demand and utilization of the service, the influencing factors of use and the main problems, etc., are investigated and collected by trained qualified investigators. Results: 550 questionnaires were distributed, and 513 valid questionnaires were retained after eliminating the random, blank and seriously deficient questionnaires. The effective questionnaire rate of 93.27.277 people said that they had not heard of mobile medical health management 408 people were willing to accept mobile medical health management app 147 people have used mobile medical health management APP; the use of more functions are fitness exercise, health care, health care. The reasons for residents to choose mobile health management APP from high to low are sports health care, disease prevention and health care, nutrition health care. Of these, 124 (84. 4% of the total) expressed satisfaction with the effectiveness of mobile health management (APP). 215 people hoped to obtain health examination and monitoring services through mobile medicine. About 41.9% of the total; the degree of completeness of functional settings and the effectiveness of use are the main factors affecting the use of mobile medical and health management APP by residents; personal information leakage, It is the most worrying problem for residents to use mobile medical health management APP to meet their personal needs. The top three functions of residents surveyed are self-examination of TCM constitution, diet of TCM and health care of TCM, age, health care, health care and health care. Education level and regular physical examination are the main factors that affect the attitude of residents to mobile health management APP, and age and regular physical examination are the main factors that affect whether residents use mobile medical health management APP. Conclusion: the cognition of mobile medical health management is still shallow, but the acceptance of mobile health management is relatively high, the number of people using mobile health management APP is not large, which indicates that the penetration of mobile medical health management APP to mobile users is not enough. Residents who have used the APP have a high degree of satisfaction, and the mobile health management market still has great potential to be tapped. As far as APP itself is concerned, function and effect are the main factors in whether residents download and use a mobile health management APP, and as far as the individual characteristics of residents are concerned, Education level and regular physical examination are the main factors influencing the attitude and use of APP. If the mobile health management market wants to develop healthily and sustainably, it needs to increase its propaganda, improve its penetration among mobile phone users, fully understand the user's needs, expand the application service function, and improve the overall quality of the application. It also needs to improve the relevant laws and regulations and strengthen the supervision at the national level.
