九江市電子商務(wù)發(fā)展路徑研究

【摘要】:電子商務(wù)從“誕生”至今,完美詮釋了一種現(xiàn)代化的商務(wù)交易模式,其有著低成本、高效率、高收益等眾多優(yōu)勢(shì)。在我國(guó)的高位推動(dòng)之下,電子電子商務(wù)已經(jīng)成為各地經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中新的增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。在國(guó)家大力推動(dòng)“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”的背景下,我國(guó)電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展已經(jīng)取得了舉世矚目的成就,它對(duì)傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)進(jìn)行了重新的組織與梳理,重塑了整個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)交易過(guò)程,對(duì)整個(gè)管理理念與管理手段也產(chǎn)生了重大影響。在強(qiáng)調(diào)融合發(fā)展的時(shí)代背景下,政府和企業(yè)已經(jīng)開始高度重視電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展,時(shí)至今日它也成為學(xué)術(shù)界的“寵兒”。本文從闡述國(guó)內(nèi)外電子商務(wù)發(fā)展研究現(xiàn)狀入手,在充分闡述電子商務(wù)發(fā)展相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)之上,基于層次分析法對(duì)影響九江市電子商務(wù)發(fā)展的因素進(jìn)行定性和定量的分析。通過(guò)結(jié)合九江市實(shí)際情況,深入研究電商促進(jìn)九江經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力機(jī)制、影響因素與效果測(cè)度。從九江市電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展形勢(shì)來(lái)看,全市電子電商在交易額、企業(yè)數(shù)量、電商從業(yè)人數(shù)、快遞量等多個(gè)方面都呈現(xiàn)出逐年快速增長(zhǎng)的趨勢(shì)。電子商務(wù)與旅游、文化、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品、傳統(tǒng)制造業(yè)和物流等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域融合發(fā)展效果顯著,充分帶動(dòng)了全市經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,根據(jù)對(duì)九江市電子商務(wù)發(fā)展進(jìn)行更深入的調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電商、跨境電商和旅游電商作為九江市政府優(yōu)先發(fā)展的三大方向,分別呈現(xiàn)出不同的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),對(duì)于九江市電子商務(wù)發(fā)展有著不同程度的促進(jìn)作用,通過(guò)構(gòu)建指標(biāo)體系,把電商交易額、成交量、電商從業(yè)人數(shù)、電商平臺(tái)和電商固定資產(chǎn)投入等因素充分納入層次分析法中,分別判斷出三大方向?qū)τ诰沤须娮由虅?wù)發(fā)展影響程度的強(qiáng)弱,并通過(guò)對(duì)九江市發(fā)展電子商務(wù)的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析,最后提出完善和發(fā)展九江市電子商務(wù)的實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑,為九江市政府制定電子商務(wù)發(fā)展政策提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Since the birth of electronic commerce, it has perfectly interpreted a modern business transaction model, which has many advantages, such as low cost, high efficiency, high profit and so on. Under the impetus of high position in our country, e-commerce has become a new growth point in economic development. Under the background of "Internet" promoted by our country, the development of electronic commerce in our country has made remarkable achievements, it has reorganized and combed the traditional economic activities, reshaped the whole process of economic transaction. To the whole management idea and management means also produced the important influence. The government and enterprises have begun to attach great importance to the development of electronic commerce under the background of integration and development, and today it has become the favorite of academia. This paper begins with the research status of e-commerce development at home and abroad, and based on the theory of E-commerce development, analyzes the factors influencing the development of E-commerce in Jiujiang City qualitatively and quantitatively based on Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Based on the actual situation of Jiujiang City, this paper deeply studies the motive mechanism, influencing factors and effect measures of e-commerce to promote the economic development of Jiujiang. According to the development situation of electronic commerce in Jiujiang City, the number of electronic and electronic commerce in the whole city is increasing rapidly year by year in many aspects, such as the volume of transactions, the number of enterprises, the number of people engaged in electronic commerce, the quantity of express delivery and so on. The integration of e-commerce with tourism, culture, agricultural products, traditional manufacturing and logistics has achieved remarkable results, which has fully promoted the development of the city's economy. Based on a more in-depth investigation of the development of e-commerce in Jiujiang City, Agricultural products e-commerce, cross-border e-commerce and tourism ecommerce, as the three major directions of Jiujiang municipal government's priority development, have shown different development trends, and have promoted the development of e-commerce in Jiujiang City to varying degrees. Through the establishment of an index system, Factors such as the volume of e-commerce transactions, the volume of transactions, the number of e-commerce practitioners, the e-commerce platform and the investment in fixed assets of e-commerce are fully incorporated into the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), respectively, to determine the degree of influence of the three major directions on the development of e-commerce in Jiujiang City. Through the systematic analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the development of electronic commerce in Jiujiang city, the paper puts forward the way to perfect and develop the electronic commerce in Jiujiang city, which provides the theoretical basis for the government to formulate the development policy of electronic commerce in Jiujiang city.
