【摘要】：針對我國保稅區(qū)向自貿(mào)區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)型問題,從資本投入與回報、政府支持力度、貨運績效三個方面選取15項指標,對我國12個保稅區(qū)以及上海自貿(mào)區(qū)進行因子分析,計算出其轉(zhuǎn)型綜合競爭力的得分并進行排名.分析結(jié)果表明:天津港保稅區(qū)、張家港保稅區(qū)、大連保稅區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)型競爭力較強,雖然其綜合得分低于上海自貿(mào)區(qū),但是其部分指標的得分卻超過自貿(mào)區(qū),而其他保稅區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)型競爭力相對較弱.
[Abstract]:In view of the problem of transition from free trade zone to free trade zone, this paper selects 15 indexes from three aspects of capital investment and return, government support and freight transport performance, and carries on factor analysis on 12 free trade zones and Shanghai Free Trade Zone in China. Calculate the overall competitiveness of its transition score and ranking. The results show that Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone, Zhangjiagang Free Trade Zone and Dalian Free Trade Zone are more competitive than Shanghai Free Trade Zone, although their comprehensive score is lower than that of Shanghai Free Trade Zone, some of their index scores are higher than that of Free Trade Zone. And other bonded area transition competitiveness is relatively weak.
