【摘要】：現(xiàn)代流通業(yè)是推進國民經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展的前導型產(chǎn)業(yè),在當今市場經(jīng)濟中占據(jù)主導地位,同時在推進經(jīng)濟結構和增長方式的轉變,促使生產(chǎn)、引導消費等方面起著舉足輕重的作用。在當前國家著力實施擴大內需、消費升級的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略下,迎來了現(xiàn)代流通業(yè)的重要發(fā)展機遇期。盡快把我省建設成為現(xiàn)代流通業(yè)強省,是推動經(jīng)濟結構和增長方式轉變的必然舉措,是強省戰(zhàn)略的首要發(fā)展方向和關注產(chǎn)業(yè),山東省應充分認識到大力發(fā)展現(xiàn)代流通業(yè)是增強全省經(jīng)濟綜合實力和競爭力的有效途徑。在當前國家著力現(xiàn)代流通業(yè)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略下,山東省作為經(jīng)濟發(fā)展大省,基礎設施相對完善,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展快速,消費需求旺盛,具備發(fā)展現(xiàn)代流通業(yè)的良好條件,應抓住發(fā)展現(xiàn)代流通業(yè)的重大機遇期。但目前山東省發(fā)展現(xiàn)代流通業(yè)還存在著思想觀念陳舊,流通體制不健全,企業(yè)分散規(guī)模小,現(xiàn)代化水平不高等問題。因此對山東省現(xiàn)代流通業(yè)發(fā)展的影響因素進行實證分析研究,明確促進發(fā)展的關鍵方面,進而提出發(fā)展對策,推動山東省現(xiàn)代流通業(yè)的發(fā)展顯得尤為重要。本文首先從山東省現(xiàn)代流通業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和問題出發(fā),闡明對山東省現(xiàn)代流通業(yè)發(fā)展的影響因素研究的必要性；接著對現(xiàn)代流通業(yè)相關概念界定,并對國內外關于現(xiàn)代流通業(yè)研究進行綜述；其次分析山東省現(xiàn)代流通業(yè)發(fā)展的影響因素；然后構建山東省現(xiàn)代流通業(yè)發(fā)展的評價指標體系,基于因子分析的方法進行實證研究,提取了經(jīng)濟技術支持因子、產(chǎn)業(yè)集中化和專業(yè)化因子、流通現(xiàn)代化因子,并建立山東省現(xiàn)代流通業(yè)發(fā)展的評價模型,對山東省17地市現(xiàn)代流通業(yè)發(fā)展進行評價；最后為山東省現(xiàn)代流通業(yè)的發(fā)展提出對策建議。提出的六大對策建議是強化支持保護政策,加快現(xiàn)代流通業(yè)轉型的進程；規(guī)范現(xiàn)代流通市場秩序,完善現(xiàn)代流通業(yè)管理；形成三大產(chǎn)業(yè)集群核心區(qū),實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代流通業(yè)規(guī)模經(jīng)濟效益；夯實農村現(xiàn)代流通基礎設施的建設,健全現(xiàn)代流通體系；發(fā)展“魯”字品牌,造就現(xiàn)代大型流通企業(yè)集團；大力開展現(xiàn)代信息技術運用,高度注重專業(yè)高端人才培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:The modern circulation industry is a leading industry to promote the rapid development of the national economy. It plays a leading role in the market economy today. At the same time, it promotes the transformation of the economic structure and growth mode and promotes production. Leading consumption and other aspects play a pivotal role. Under the development strategy of expanding domestic demand and consumption upgrading, the country has ushered in an important development opportunity period of modern circulation industry. Building our province into a strong province in modern circulation industry as soon as possible is an inevitable measure to promote the transformation of economic structure and growth mode, and is the primary development direction and concerned industry of strong province strategy. Shandong Province should fully realize that vigorously developing modern circulation industry is an effective way to strengthen the comprehensive strength and competitiveness of the province's economy. Under the current national strategy of focusing on the development of modern circulation industry, Shandong Province, as a large province of economic development, has relatively perfect infrastructure, rapid economic development, exuberant consumer demand, and has good conditions for the development of modern circulation. We should seize the important opportunity period of developing modern circulation industry. However, there are still some problems in the development of modern circulation industry in Shandong Province, such as outdated ideology, imperfect circulation system, small scale of enterprise dispersion and low level of modernization. Therefore, it is particularly important to make an empirical study on the factors affecting the development of modern circulation industry in Shandong Province, to make clear the key aspects of promoting development, and then to put forward the development countermeasures to promote the development of modern circulation industry in Shandong Province. Based on the current situation and problems of the development of modern circulation industry in Shandong Province, this paper first clarifies the necessity of studying the influencing factors of the development of modern circulation industry in Shandong Province, and then defines the relevant concepts of modern circulation industry. Secondly, it analyzes the influencing factors of the development of modern circulation industry in Shandong Province, and then constructs the evaluation index system of the development of modern circulation industry in Shandong Province, and carries on the empirical research based on the method of factor analysis. The factors of economic and technological support, industrial concentration and specialization, circulation modernization are extracted, and the evaluation model of the development of modern circulation industry in Shandong Province is established to evaluate the development of modern circulation industry in 17 cities of Shandong Province. Finally, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the development of modern circulation industry in Shandong Province. The six countermeasures and suggestions are to strengthen the policy of supporting protection, speed up the process of modern circulation transformation, standardize the order of modern circulation market, perfect the management of modern circulation, and form the core areas of three industrial clusters. To realize the scale and economic benefits of modern circulation industry, to consolidate the construction of rural modern circulation infrastructure, to perfect the modern circulation system, to develop the "Lu" character brand and to bring up modern large-scale circulation enterprise groups, and to vigorously develop the application of modern information technology, Attach great importance to the training of high-end professionals.
