網(wǎng)絡(luò)零售業(yè)發(fā)展對我國傳統(tǒng)零售業(yè)的影響及對策研究

【摘要】:零售業(yè)是一個(gè)與人們的生活息息相關(guān)的行業(yè),它的發(fā)展對人們的生活有著很直接的影響,而其業(yè)態(tài)及組織形式變遷同樣與人們的消費(fèi)需求緊密相連,本文以動態(tài)的視角來研究目前發(fā)展迅速的新型零售業(yè)態(tài)——網(wǎng)絡(luò)零售業(yè)對傳統(tǒng)零售業(yè)的影響,并據(jù)此針對我國傳統(tǒng)零售業(yè)的發(fā)展提出相關(guān)對策建議。本文根據(jù)傳統(tǒng)零售業(yè)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)零售業(yè)的相關(guān)研究來界定本文中二者的概念,并分別闡述我國傳統(tǒng)零售業(yè)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)零售業(yè)的發(fā)展概況,搜集二者相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)來分析二者發(fā)展之間存在的關(guān)系,初步猜測二者之間存在負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系。在論文第三章中通過定性方法來分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)零售業(yè)對傳統(tǒng)零售業(yè)發(fā)展的負(fù)向影響及其原因,而在論文第四章則通過構(gòu)建多元回歸模型,并加入?yún)f(xié)整檢驗(yàn)從而分析得出網(wǎng)絡(luò)零售業(yè)對傳統(tǒng)零售業(yè)存在一個(gè)長期的內(nèi)在正向影響,也即網(wǎng)絡(luò)零售業(yè)在長期內(nèi)會促進(jìn)我國傳統(tǒng)零售業(yè)的發(fā)展。論文第五章圍繞第四章所得到網(wǎng)絡(luò)零售業(yè)對傳統(tǒng)零售業(yè)的正向影響這一結(jié)論展開分析,分析了目前我國傳統(tǒng)零售業(yè)的優(yōu)勢和劣勢,再對比網(wǎng)絡(luò)零售業(yè)的優(yōu)勢,提出網(wǎng)絡(luò)零售業(yè)給我國傳統(tǒng)零售業(yè)帶了的更多是機(jī)遇,網(wǎng)絡(luò)零售業(yè)會促使我國傳統(tǒng)零售業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型升級,加快其改革步伐,并據(jù)此提出傳統(tǒng)零售業(yè)+網(wǎng)絡(luò)零售業(yè)的跨界融合發(fā)展,這是我國傳統(tǒng)零售業(yè)未來的轉(zhuǎn)型方向,據(jù)此提出一種新的商業(yè)模式——O2O模式,在第五章中較為詳盡的介紹了O2O模式的概念及特點(diǎn),并以蘇寧云商作為案例來分析其實(shí)施O2O模式的流程。而在論文的結(jié)尾,則以企業(yè)的角度來分析企業(yè)在實(shí)際運(yùn)營過程中如何實(shí)施O2O模式。
[Abstract]:Retailing is an industry closely related to people's life, and its development has a direct impact on people's lives, and the changes of their forms of business and organization are also closely related to people's consumption needs. This paper studies the influence of network retailing on traditional retailing from a dynamic angle of view, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the development of traditional retailing in China. This paper defines the concepts of traditional retailing and online retailing, and expounds the development of traditional retailing and online retailing in China. Collecting the relevant data to analyze the relationship between the development of the two, preliminary guess that there is a negative correlation between the two. In the third chapter, we analyze the negative impact of online retailing on the development of traditional retailing and its causes by qualitative method, while in the fourth chapter, we construct a multivariate regression model. By adding cointegration test, we can conclude that there is a long-term positive influence on traditional retailing, that is, network retailing will promote the development of traditional retailing in the long run. The fifth chapter analyzes the positive influence of the network retailing on the traditional retailing, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional retailing in our country, and then compares the advantages of the network retailing. The paper points out that the network retailing brings more opportunities to the traditional retailing of our country, and the network retailing will promote the transformation and upgrade of the traditional retailing in our country, and quicken the pace of its reform. Based on this, the paper puts forward the cross-border integration and development of the traditional retailing of the network. This is the transformation direction of the traditional retail trade in China in the future. Based on this, a new business model, the O2O model, is put forward. In Chapter 5, the concept and characteristics of the O2O model are introduced in detail. Su Ning cloud quotient is taken as a case to analyze the process of implementing O _ 2O model. At the end of the paper, we analyze how to implement the O _ 2O mode in the actual operation process from the perspective of enterprises.
