【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的大力發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式已經(jīng)不能滿足企業(yè)高速發(fā)展的要求,越來(lái)越多的公司加入到了戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的隊(duì)伍中來(lái)。為了進(jìn)一步提升企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和戰(zhàn)略資源,外資公司開始逐漸加大了外包的職能的開發(fā)力度,由原來(lái)單一的外包模式,轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槎囗?xiàng)職能外包,人力資源外包也在此行列。隨著人力成本不斷升高,企業(yè)管理者們遵循交易成本理論,,將人力資源管理職能中,重復(fù)性、機(jī)械性、價(jià)值低的工作選擇外包給更為專業(yè)的服務(wù)商來(lái)操作,在降低企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)成本同時(shí)集中優(yōu)勢(shì)力量發(fā)展核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,以便不斷增強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)占有率。 外資公司積累了多年的外包運(yùn)營(yíng)經(jīng)驗(yàn),開始逐漸在中國(guó)廣泛推廣。不可否認(rèn),事物都具有兩面性,外包具有其不可替代的優(yōu)勢(shì),但是中國(guó)的實(shí)際運(yùn)作過(guò)程中,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)由于外包給企業(yè)帶來(lái)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)同樣巨大。如果對(duì)于人力資源外包的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)沒(méi)有足夠的認(rèn)識(shí),一旦做出了外包決策,等待企業(yè)的將是不可估量的損失。于是人力資源外包風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和防范的研究勢(shì)在必行,尤其是在當(dāng)下人力資源外包在中國(guó)開展得如火如荼的局面下,這方面的研究顯得更為緊迫。 文章以S外資公司為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外專家學(xué)者對(duì)于人力資源外包領(lǐng)域理論的研究,重點(diǎn)分析S公司目前人力資源外包的現(xiàn)狀,以及在中國(guó)實(shí)施人力資源外包過(guò)程中所面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并提出相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范措施,為類似S公司的外資在華公司采用人力資源外包模式時(shí)提供借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the Internet economy, the traditional operation mode can not meet the requirements of the rapid development of enterprises, more and more companies have joined the ranks of strategic transformation. In order to further enhance the core competitiveness and strategic resources of enterprises, foreign companies began to gradually increase the development of outsourcing functions, from the original single outsourcing mode to a number of functions outsourcing, human resources outsourcing is also in the ranks. As human costs continue to rise, corporate managers follow the transaction cost theory, outsourcing the repetitive, mechanical and low-value jobs of human resource management to more professional service providers. At the same time to reduce the operating costs of enterprises and focus on advantages to develop core competitiveness, in order to continuously enhance market share. Foreign companies have accumulated many years of experience in outsourcing operations, and began to spread widely in China. There is no denying that everything has two sides, outsourcing has its irreplaceable advantages, but in the actual operation of China, we find that the risks brought by outsourcing to enterprises are also huge. If there is not enough understanding of the risks of human resource outsourcing, once the outsourcing decision is made, there will be incalculable losses waiting for the enterprise. Therefore, it is imperative to study the risk and prevention of human resource outsourcing, especially in the current situation where human resource outsourcing is in full swing in China. This article takes S foreign capital company as the research object, unifies the domestic and foreign expert scholar to the human resources outsourcing domain theory research, emphatically analyzes S company's present situation of the human resources outsourcing, And the risks in the process of human resource outsourcing in China, and put forward the corresponding risk prevention measures to provide a reference for foreign companies similar to S companies in China to adopt the human resources outsourcing model.
