【摘要】：生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)推動(dòng)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入到了“服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)”時(shí)代,在此背景下,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)高級(jí)化水平也日益提升。山東省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展水平如何,其影響因素有哪些,這些因素影響山東省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的機(jī)制是什么?本文基于已有的研究,從山東省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀入手,選取2007-2015年的山東統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用計(jì)量方法實(shí)證分析山東省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的影響因素及影響特征,以期對(duì)山東省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的快速、健康發(fā)展提供有益的借鑒與參考,最后得出結(jié)論和研究展望。本文第二章通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)梳理歸納出服務(wù)業(yè)的內(nèi)涵與特征,并概括了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的內(nèi)涵、分類與特征,為接下來(lái)的研究提供理論支撐。在此基礎(chǔ)上,第三章從山東省區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)、行業(yè)的細(xì)分狀況以及山東與江蘇、浙江、廣東三個(gè)省份的橫向比較等三個(gè)方面,測(cè)度山東省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)比分析山東省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)與不足。第四章首先選擇可能對(duì)山東省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)有影響的多個(gè)因素,包括專業(yè)化分工、工業(yè)化程度、城市化水平、市場(chǎng)機(jī)制因素、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、體制因素六個(gè)方面,利用這六個(gè)變量構(gòu)建理論模型,選取2007-2015年總共9年的山東省統(tǒng)計(jì)年鑒數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)相關(guān)性分析,并且運(yùn)用計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的回歸方法進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。實(shí)證回歸結(jié)果顯示:不同因素對(duì)山東省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)影響程度不同。體制因素以及城市化水平對(duì)山東省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響最大,工業(yè)化程度和市場(chǎng)機(jī)制因素與生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)呈顯著的正向相關(guān)性,專業(yè)化分工、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、體制因素以及城市化水平與生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)呈顯著負(fù)向相關(guān)性。最后,總結(jié)全文,并從加深工業(yè)化、加強(qiáng)人才引進(jìn)與培養(yǎng)、促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)融合、完善專業(yè)化分工、改善體制環(huán)境五個(gè)方面提出對(duì)策建議,以期對(duì)山東省生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的快速、健康發(fā)展提供有益的借鑒與參考。
[Abstract]:Producer services promote the global economy into the era of "service economy". Under this background, the level of industrial structure of China's economy is rising day by day. What is the level of development of producer services in Shandong Province, what are the influencing factors, and what are the mechanisms of these factors affecting the development of producer services in Shandong? Based on the existing research, this paper starts with the development of producer services in Shandong Province, selects the data of Shandong Statistical Yearbook from 2007 to 2015, and analyzes the influencing factors and characteristics of producer services in Shandong Province by means of econometric methods. In order to provide useful reference and reference for the rapid and healthy development of producer services in Shandong Province, finally draw conclusions and research prospects. The second chapter summarizes the connotation and characteristics of the service industry through literature review, and summarizes the connotation, classification and characteristics of producer services, which provides theoretical support for the next research. On this basis, the third chapter measures the present situation of Shandong producer service industry from three aspects: the regional economy of Shandong Province, the subdivision of industry and the horizontal comparison between Shandong and three provinces of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Guangdong. Comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the development of producer services in Shandong Province. In the fourth chapter, we first choose a number of factors that may have an impact on producer services in Shandong Province, including specialization, industrialization, urbanization, market mechanism, regional economic development and institutional factors. Using these six variables to construct the theoretical model, the author selects the data of Shandong Statistical Yearbook from 2007 to 2015, analyzes the correlation of the data, and makes an empirical study with the regression method of econometrics. The empirical regression results show that different factors have different influence on producer services in Shandong Province. The institutional factors and the level of urbanization have the greatest influence on the development of producer services in Shandong Province. The degree of industrialization and market mechanism factors have significant positive correlation with producer services, specialization division of labor, regional economic development. Institutional factors and urbanization level were significantly negatively correlated with producer services. Finally, the paper summarizes the full text, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects of deepening industrialization, strengthening the introduction and training of talents, promoting industrial convergence, perfecting specialized division of labor, and improving the system environment, with a view to the rapid development of producer services in Shandong Province. The healthy development provides the beneficial reference and the reference.
