河南省農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的今天,我國電子商務(wù)快速發(fā)展,各企業(yè)紛紛踏上電商快車,利用電子商務(wù)平臺打開新的市場,農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)的后知后覺,成為了各大電商平臺爭相搶占的資源。農(nóng)村產(chǎn)品通過電子商務(wù)平臺賣向全國已經(jīng)有成功案例,國家和各地政府出臺了一系列的相關(guān)政策,對于農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)給予政策支持和資源傾斜,為農(nóng)村電商增添新的動力和資源。農(nóng)產(chǎn)品上行,急需相應(yīng)的落地服務(wù)來配套發(fā)展。先天的自然資源和品類繁多的農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品滿足著人們的多種需求。農(nóng)產(chǎn)品上行,服務(wù)城市,服務(wù)全國,還需要新的發(fā)展。本文從河南省農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀、農(nóng)村物流配送體系發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品網(wǎng)絡(luò)銷量情況、河南省農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)人才培訓(xùn)情況四個(gè)方面分析河南省農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展。依托社會調(diào)查、案例分析、文獻(xiàn)查找、總結(jié)歸納法等方法,對河南省農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)現(xiàn)狀問題分析,結(jié)合資料提出建議。本文的研究方法主要是成功案例分析、市場現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查、數(shù)據(jù)資料搜集、邏輯歸納。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容第一部分是河南省農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀,主要河南省農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺建設(shè),農(nóng)村物流配送體系,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品網(wǎng)絡(luò)銷售量,農(nóng)村電商人員培訓(xùn)。第二部分是農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)發(fā)展過程中的阻礙因素:基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)不能滿足農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)發(fā)展的需求,農(nóng)村群眾對使用電子商務(wù)開展創(chuàng)業(yè)就業(yè)理解較少,河南農(nóng)村農(nóng)產(chǎn)品缺乏獨(dú)立品牌和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn),河南省農(nóng)村專業(yè)電子商務(wù)人才缺乏。第三部分是介紹省外成功的農(nóng)村電子商務(wù)案例:遂昌縣:抓住機(jī)會,平臺扶持,臨安:堅(jiān)果發(fā)家,線下展示,成縣:領(lǐng)導(dǎo)宣傳,側(cè)重自媒體傳播,通榆:政府誠信擔(dān)保,助力網(wǎng)絡(luò)銷售,麗水:依山傍水,政府創(chuàng)建共用品牌。第四部分是根據(jù)河南省農(nóng)村電商的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀中的問題提出相關(guān)建議,建設(shè)農(nóng)村通信,擴(kuò)大網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信覆蓋率,構(gòu)建覆蓋農(nóng)村的冷鏈系統(tǒng)保障生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品運(yùn)輸時(shí)效,品牌快遞企業(yè)助力農(nóng)產(chǎn)品上行。在農(nóng)村普及電子商務(wù)意義,指導(dǎo)使用電商平臺致富。加強(qiáng)河南省農(nóng)村產(chǎn)品品牌化,政府支持創(chuàng)建共用農(nóng)產(chǎn)品品牌,加強(qiáng)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)的監(jiān)管,省內(nèi)進(jìn)行規(guī)劃生產(chǎn)以達(dá)到生產(chǎn)集群。多途徑招聘、引進(jìn)電子商務(wù)人才,加強(qiáng)電子商務(wù)專用人才培訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of electronic commerce in our country, all enterprises have set foot on e-commerce express train, opened new market by using electronic commerce platform, and become the resources scrambled for by various e-commerce platforms in rural areas. There have been successful cases of rural products being sold to the whole country through e-commerce platforms. The state and local governments have issued a series of related policies to give policy support and resources to rural e-commerce. For rural e-commerce to add new power and resources. Agricultural products uplink, urgent need for the corresponding landing services to support the development. Congenital natural resources and a wide variety of agricultural and sideline products to meet the needs of a variety of people. Agricultural products uplink, serve the city, serve the whole country, still need new development. Based on the status quo of the network platform construction of rural e-commerce in Henan Province, the present situation of the development of rural logistics and distribution system, the network sales of agricultural products, The development of rural e-commerce in Henan Province is analyzed in four aspects. Based on the methods of social investigation, case analysis, literature search and induction, this paper analyzes the current situation of rural electronic commerce in Henan Province, and puts forward some suggestions based on the data. The research methods of this paper are mainly successful case analysis, market survey, data collection and logical induction. The first part of this paper is about the status quo of rural electronic commerce in Henan province, including the construction of rural electronic commerce network platform, the distribution system of rural logistics, the network sales of agricultural products, and the training of rural e-commerce personnel. The second part is the hindrance factor in the development of rural electronic commerce: infrastructure construction can not meet the needs of rural electronic commerce development, the rural people have less understanding of using e-commerce to develop entrepreneurial employment. Henan rural agricultural products lack of independent brand and standardized production, Henan Province lack of professional e-commerce professionals. The third part is to introduce the successful rural e-commerce cases: Suichang County: seize the opportunity, platform support, Lin'an: nut family rich, offline display, Chengxian: leadership propaganda, focus on media communication, Tongyu: government integrity guarantee, Power network sales, Lishui: leaning against mountains and water, the government creates a common brand. The fourth part is based on the development of rural e-commerce in Henan Province put forward relevant suggestions to build rural communications, expand the coverage of network communications, build a cold-chain system covering rural areas to protect the transport of fresh agricultural products. Brand express enterprises help agricultural products uplink. In rural areas to popularize the meaning of electronic commerce, guide the platform to become rich. Strengthen the brand of rural products in Henan Province, the government supports the establishment of common agricultural products brand, strengthen the supervision of standardized production of agricultural products, planning and production in the province to achieve production clusters. Multi-way recruitment, introduction of e-commerce talents, strengthening the training of e-commerce professionals.
