【摘要】：健康產(chǎn)業(yè)是具有巨大市場潛力的新興產(chǎn)業(yè)。近年來,我國人民的健康、醫(yī)療需求不斷增長,新的醫(yī)療技術(shù)不斷涌現(xiàn),政府對(duì)于健康產(chǎn)業(yè)的投入和政策支持不斷加強(qiáng)。尤其是在“健康中國”戰(zhàn)略的高度引領(lǐng)下,我國大健康產(chǎn)業(yè)迎來黃金時(shí)代。健康服務(wù)行業(yè)是健康產(chǎn)業(yè)的一個(gè)重要細(xì)分行業(yè)。目前健康管理行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀是挑戰(zhàn)與機(jī)遇并存,諸多挑戰(zhàn)包括健康服務(wù)供給水平不均衡、地區(qū)差異大;民營企業(yè)和公立大型醫(yī)院“同場競技”造成市場非充分競爭;產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化程度高等。JX公司是一家以連鎖健康管理中心業(yè)務(wù)為主體的健康產(chǎn)業(yè)公司,隨著越來越激烈的市場競爭,由于內(nèi)外部環(huán)境發(fā)生變化而產(chǎn)生的各種問題擺在JX公司決策層面前,尤其是在戰(zhàn)略制定的科學(xué)性和前瞻性、商業(yè)模式的創(chuàng)新性、戰(zhàn)略執(zhí)行的有效性等方面需要有一系列的改變。本文以JX公司企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略作為研究主題,旨在運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代戰(zhàn)略理論,從JX公司現(xiàn)狀著手,分析了公司的機(jī)會(huì)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、優(yōu)勢和劣勢,梳理出公司經(jīng)營存在的問題及原因。綜合以上分析結(jié)果,制定了JX公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。最后,在企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施與控制方面,提出需要四個(gè)方面的戰(zhàn)略保障因素,分別是加強(qiáng)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃體系建設(shè)、建立適應(yīng)企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的組織架構(gòu)、加強(qiáng)績效考核以及塑造優(yōu)秀的企業(yè)文化。
[Abstract]:Health industry is a new industry with great market potential. In recent years, the health and medical demand of Chinese people has been increasing, the new medical technology has been emerging, and the government's investment and policy support to the health industry has been strengthened. Especially under the guidance of "healthy China" strategy, China's great health industry ushered in the golden age. Health service industry is an important subdivision of health industry. At present, the development of health management industry is characterized by the coexistence of challenges and opportunities. Many challenges include uneven supply of health services, large regional differences, "competitive competition" between private enterprises and large public hospitals, and insufficient competition in the market. JX Company is a health industry company with chain health management center business as the main body, with more and more fierce market competition, All kinds of problems arising from the change of internal and external environment are faced by the decision makers of JX Company, especially in the scientific and forward-looking strategy formulation, the innovation of business model, the effectiveness of the implementation of the strategy and so on, which need a series of changes. This article takes JX company's enterprise development strategy as the research topic, aims to use the modern strategy theory, from the JX company's present situation, has analyzed the company's opportunity, the risk, the superiority and the inferiority, combs out the company to manage the question and the reason. Synthesizes above analysis result, has formulated the JX company's development strategy. Finally, in the aspect of the implementation and control of enterprise strategy, the paper puts forward four strategic guarantee factors, which are to strengthen the construction of strategic planning system and to set up an organizational structure to adapt to the development of enterprise strategy. Strengthen performance appraisal and shape excellent corporate culture.
