南京沃普公司拓展訓練發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀研究

【摘要】:運用文獻資料法、訪談法、個案分析法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、問卷調查法,對南京沃普公司拓展訓練發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行研究,包括拓展訓練項目、拓展訓練教練、拓展訓練基地、拓展訓練學員、推展訓練安全保障以及個案公司拓展訓練實施流程和運作模式相關問題進行全面地梳理、分析、總結;運用SWOT理論對個案公司進行分析,并實踐參與拓展訓練課程,找到個案公司的發(fā)展中存在的問題并給出相應的對策。通過系統(tǒng)分析個案公司拓展訓練發(fā)展狀況總結沃普公司拓展訓練成功的經驗,發(fā)現(xiàn)發(fā)展過程中存在的不足,以期為其他拓展公司發(fā)展提供參考。研究結論和建議如下:主要結論:1、個案公司課程體系較完善,傳統(tǒng)項目較多,但是項目更新較少,自主研發(fā)的拓展訓練項目更少,培訓項目創(chuàng)新性不夠。2、個案公司中部分拓展教練工作年限偏低,個案公司32位教練中,經過公司培訓和專業(yè)認證的教練只有4人,占總人數(shù)的12.5%,從業(yè)人員的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)差別較大。個案公司拓展教練管理制度較為系統(tǒng),薪酬福利體系完善。3、個案公司多方位投資建設拓展訓練基地,拓展基地交通便利,環(huán)境優(yōu)美,配套設施齊全。但基地管理維護成本過高等因素導致基地維護不到位的情況時有發(fā)生。4、通過參訓學員對個案公司的總體滿意度較高。對教練表現(xiàn)評價差別較大,和拓展教練專業(yè)水平有關;課程內容設計學員評價基本一致,項目安排比較具有針對性、實用性和啟發(fā)性;學員比較認可個案公司的后勤保障和現(xiàn)場的服務工作。5、個案公司拓展訓練發(fā)展近5年中,沒有出過重大安全事故,但是各種各樣的擦傷意外不斷。6、個案公司結合自身豐富專業(yè)的基地資源、教練資源,與當?shù)鼐频旰献?為參訓學員提供優(yōu)質的拓展訓練課程,采用的是一元和二元相結合的運作模式。7、運用SWOT分析法對個案公司拓展訓練進行分析,豐富穩(wěn)定的客戶資源,安全專業(yè)的基地優(yōu)勢,地方連鎖品牌優(yōu)勢為個案公司拓展訓練的發(fā)展打下了堅實的基礎,同時拓展教練整體專業(yè)度不高,拓展基地建設維護成本、教練開支過高,課程自主研發(fā)能力薄弱也成為個案公司拓展訓練發(fā)展的制約因素;新的發(fā)展時期,個案公司在基地優(yōu)勢資源轉化,拓展旅游業(yè)務發(fā)掘,親子課程開發(fā)方面具備很多發(fā)展機遇,同時也面臨著市場同行激烈競爭的外部挑戰(zhàn)和拓展訓練課程同質化嚴重的內部挑戰(zhàn)。研究建議:1、針對論文得出的結論個案公司要在現(xiàn)有的拓展訓練課程基礎之上加大對拓展訓練項目研發(fā)的投入,整合優(yōu)勢項目,設計自主研發(fā)的特色拓展訓練課程。以滿足當前拓展訓練的需求量。2、提高拓展訓練教練的專業(yè)度,重視對拓展教練的資格認證。同時吸引更高學歷的專業(yè)人員從事拓展訓練行業(yè)。優(yōu)化拓展教練晉升機制,建立健全初級教練資源信息庫,做好拓展教練梯度培養(yǎng)工作,加強對拓展教練的監(jiān)督、管理3、做好拓展基地及高空保護裝備的維護保養(yǎng)工作,優(yōu)化對拓展基地的管理、維護,降低公司拓展基地維護成本。4、優(yōu)化拓展訓練實施流程,做好拓展訓練不同階段的工作任務。著力提升整體拓展教練的技能水平,加強對教練的培養(yǎng)考核工作。拓展訓練課程的設計嚴格根據(jù)客戶單位需求出發(fā)進行編排項目。與酒店、車隊、基地等第三方提前確認信息,做好后勤保障工作。5加強對教練工作人員的安全意識的教育工作,規(guī)范拓展教練的操作流程。為參訓人員購買短期人身意外險。6、適應市場發(fā)展需求,以客戶需求為導向,因人而異,定制人性化的拓展實施方案,酒店,基地,教練根據(jù)客戶需求都可以靈活處理,積極發(fā)展。7、充分利用其優(yōu)勢基地資源和穩(wěn)定的客戶資源,及其地方連鎖的品牌優(yōu)勢,積極開拓新型業(yè)務為企業(yè)創(chuàng)收。同時個案公司需要盡快扭轉拓展教練整體專業(yè)度不高、課程創(chuàng)新研發(fā)能力薄弱的頹勢,抓住時代發(fā)展的機遇,做好業(yè)務轉型的思想準備,勇于面對挑戰(zhàn),用專業(yè)品牌優(yōu)勢與不公平競爭現(xiàn)象作斗爭并盡快擺脫課程同質化的困境。
[Abstract]:Using the method of literature, interview, case analysis, mathematical statistics, and questionnaire, this paper studies the development status of Nanjing's expansion training, including expanding training projects, expanding training coaches, expanding training bases, expanding training students, spreading training security and developing training process and operation model of case company.
