【摘要】：正(2016年10月)8日國家發(fā)展改革委主任徐紹史頒布第43號會令:根據(jù)國務院印發(fā)的《鹽業(yè)體制改革方案》精神,決定自2017年1月1日起,廢止《食鹽價格管理辦法》(2003年中華人民共和國國家發(fā)展計劃委員會令第27號)。同日國家發(fā)展改革委發(fā)出《關于放開食鹽價格有關事項的通知》。通知要求全面放開食鹽價格,自2017年1月1日起,放開食鹽出廠、批發(fā)和零售價格,由企業(yè)根據(jù)生
[Abstract]:On October 8, 2016, Xu Shaoshi, director of the State Development and Reform Commission, issued decree No. 43: according to the spirit of the "Salt Industry system Reform Program" issued by the State Council, it is decided that from January 1, 2017, Abolition of the measures for the Administration of Salt prices (order No. 27 of the State Development Planning Commission of the people's Republic of China, 2003). On the same day, the State Development and Reform Commission issued a notice on matters related to liberalizing the prices of table salt. The circular requires that the price of table salt be fully liberalized, with effect from January 1, 2017, when the price of table salt is released from factory, wholesale and retail.
