【摘要】：全球化背景下,對外直接投資和對外貿(mào)易是國際間主要的兩種經(jīng)濟交流方式,兩者的互動關(guān)系不斷加深。2013年我國進出口貿(mào)易量居全球之首,對外直接投資流量規(guī)模繼續(xù)保持全球第三的位置,尤其在后危機時代我國對外直接投資逆勢上揚,實現(xiàn)11年連續(xù)增長,平均增長速度高于世界平均水平。隨著對外直接投資規(guī)模的迅速增加,其對母國經(jīng)濟的影響更加全面深入,以往研究表明對外直接投資對母國出口規(guī)模的影響是積極的,那么對外直接投資能否更進一步地推動母國出口技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)的升級,對這一問題的研究,能促進我國出口技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化,加快實現(xiàn)貿(mào)易轉(zhuǎn)型升級,同時將為企業(yè)進一步“走出去”提供有力的支撐。本文首先通過文獻綜述總結(jié)了對外直接投資與出口貿(mào)易的關(guān)系,以及對外直接投資對母國出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)及技術(shù)水平影響的相關(guān)成果,發(fā)現(xiàn)對外直接投資與出口技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)存在一定的聯(lián)系。然后通過統(tǒng)計分析法,全面客觀地描述我國現(xiàn)階段對外直接投資分布的地區(qū)及行業(yè)特征,并用兩種指標測算了出口技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu),從不同角度分析近年來我國出口技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)的變遷特征,同時利用計量方法初步考察兩者的關(guān)聯(lián)性。其次,結(jié)合對外直接投資的前沿理論,分析對外直接投資對出口技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)的作用機制,并從不同動機類型的角度闡明各自的作用機理,進一步地,通過改進Metilz理論模型,得出二者間存在正向促進關(guān)系。最后,在機理分析的基礎(chǔ)上,建立計量分析模型,利用我國2003-2011的省級面板數(shù)據(jù)進行實證檢驗,檢驗兩種指標測度下對外直接投資對出口技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,分析不同地區(qū)的差異性,并通過聚類分析將對外直接投資分為三種類型,分別考察三種動機下對外直接投資對出口技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,以期得出更全面的結(jié)論用以引導(dǎo)對外直接投資和出口貿(mào)易政策的制定及實施。
[Abstract]:In the context of globalization, foreign direct investment and foreign trade are the two main forms of international economic exchanges, and the interaction between them is deepening. In 2013, China's import and export trade volume ranked first in the world. The scale of outward direct investment (FDI) continues to maintain the third position in the world, especially in the post-crisis era, China's foreign direct investment (FDI) goes up against the trend, achieving 11 years of continuous growth, the average growth rate is higher than the world average level. With the rapid increase in the scale of FDI, its impact on the home country's economy is more comprehensive and profound. Previous studies have shown that the impact of FDI on the scale of home country's exports is positive. Well, can foreign direct investment further promote the upgrading of the home country's export technology structure? the study of this issue can promote the optimization of China's export technology structure and accelerate the realization of trade transformation and upgrading. At the same time, the enterprise will further "go out" to provide strong support. Firstly, this paper summarizes the relationship between FDI and export trade through literature review, as well as the related results of the impact of FDI on the structure of export commodities and the technological level of home countries. It is found that there is a certain connection between foreign direct investment and export technology structure. Then, by means of statistical analysis, it describes comprehensively and objectively the regional and industrial characteristics of the distribution of FDI in China at this stage, and calculates the structure of export technology by using two indicators. This paper analyzes the changing characteristics of Chinese export technology structure in recent years from different angles, and makes a preliminary study of the correlation between the two by means of econometric methods. Secondly, combining with the frontier theory of foreign direct investment, this paper analyzes the mechanism of the effect of foreign direct investment on export technology structure, and clarifies their respective action mechanism from the angle of different motivation types, and further, by improving the Metilz theory model, It is concluded that there is a positive promoting relationship between the two. Finally, on the basis of mechanism analysis, a econometric analysis model is established to test the impact of foreign direct investment (FDI) on export technology structure by using provincial panel data from 2003 to 2011. This paper analyzes the differences of different regions, and classifies FDI into three types by cluster analysis, and examines the influence of FDI on export technology structure under three motivations, respectively. A more comprehensive conclusion can be drawn to guide the formulation and implementation of foreign direct investment and export trade policies.
