零售商線上渠道生鮮品配送方式?jīng)Q策研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),我國(guó)生鮮電子商務(wù)市場(chǎng)高速發(fā)展,生鮮品已經(jīng)成為電子商務(wù)企業(yè)的一項(xiàng)新業(yè)務(wù)。除了大型生鮮電商平臺(tái)外,小型零售商也在“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”的環(huán)境下開展線上渠道營(yíng)銷,生鮮電商的末端配送也隨之成為其亟待解決的問題。因?yàn)樗麄兗葲]有物流基礎(chǔ)優(yōu)勢(shì),也不具備規(guī)模優(yōu)勢(shì),在生鮮品的配送環(huán)節(jié)面臨諸多困難。在此背景下有必要對(duì)零售商線上渠道生鮮品的配送方式進(jìn)行深入研究,以幫助零售商選擇合適的配送方式,控制配送成本,提升配送服務(wù)質(zhì)量。生鮮品的末端配送主要有自營(yíng)、外包、共同配送、宅配、產(chǎn)地直銷配送等方式。本文首先對(duì)生鮮品及其配送特點(diǎn)作了詳細(xì)分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出小型零售商線上渠道生鮮品配送的兩種可選方式,即配送自營(yíng)與配送外包,并對(duì)這兩種方式的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)進(jìn)行了定性對(duì)比分析。其次,對(duì)影響生鮮品配送方式的因素加以詳細(xì)分析。影響零售商配送方式?jīng)Q策的因素主要有配送成本和配送服務(wù)水平,其中配送成本受到配送資源、市場(chǎng)需求、配送服務(wù)水平等因素的影響。在分析影響因素如何影響配送自營(yíng)與外包決策的基礎(chǔ)上,考慮配送車輛的啟動(dòng)成本、運(yùn)輸成本、配送人員的人工成本、超時(shí)配送導(dǎo)致的懲罰成本、保鮮成本等成本項(xiàng),以配送成本最小化為目標(biāo),建立了自營(yíng)配送成本模型;考慮固定成本及向第三方物流服務(wù)企業(yè)支付的物流服務(wù)費(fèi)用,建立外包配送決策模型。最后,設(shè)計(jì)了模型求解的算法,利用蟻群算法對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了求解。根據(jù)模型求解結(jié)果,在本文設(shè)定的條件下,自營(yíng)配送與配送外包存在閡值,配送量低于閾值時(shí),零售商選擇自營(yíng)配送成本更低;配送量高于閾值時(shí),零售商選擇配送外包成本更低;此外,人工成本對(duì)自營(yíng)外包決策影響較大,人工成本越高,零售商越傾向于選擇配送外包;配送服務(wù)水平方面,零售商以成本最優(yōu)化為目標(biāo)進(jìn)行配送決策,當(dāng)超時(shí)配送懲罰成本低于為在規(guī)定時(shí)效內(nèi)完成配送而增加的配送車輛和配送人員的成本時(shí),零售商會(huì)為了控制配送成本選擇超時(shí)配送,從而影響配送服務(wù)質(zhì)量。本文的研究以期對(duì)零售商在進(jìn)行線上渠道生鮮品配送方式?jīng)Q策時(shí)提供可供參考的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of fresh e-commerce market in China, fresh products have become a new business of e-commerce enterprises.In addition to the large-scale fresh e-commerce platform, small retailers also carry out online channel marketing under the "Internet" environment, and the terminal distribution of fresh e-commerce has become an urgent problem to be solved.Because they have neither basic logistics advantages nor scale advantages, they face many difficulties in the distribution of fresh goods.Under this background, it is necessary to carry on the thorough research to the distribution way of the online channel fresh goods of the retailer, in order to help the retailer to choose the suitable distribution way, control the distribution cost, and improve the service quality of the distribution.The end-end distribution of fresh products are mainly self-support, outsourcing, joint distribution, residential distribution, direct distribution of origin and other ways.In this paper, the characteristics of fresh products and their distribution are analyzed in detail. On the basis of this, two kinds of options for online distribution of fresh products are put forward, that is, distribution self-management and distribution outsourcing.The merits and demerits of these two methods are analyzed qualitatively and comparatively.Secondly, the factors affecting the distribution of fresh goods are analyzed in detail.The distribution cost and service level are the main factors that influence the decision of the retailer's distribution mode. The distribution cost is influenced by the distribution resources, the market demand, the distribution service level and so on.On the basis of analyzing how the influencing factors affect the decision of self-support and outsourcing of distribution, this paper considers the start-up cost, transportation cost, labor cost of distribution personnel, penalty cost caused by overtime distribution, fresh-keeping cost and so on.In order to minimize the cost of distribution, the model of self-supporting distribution cost is established, and the decision model of outsourcing distribution is established considering the fixed cost and the cost of logistics service paid to the third party logistics service enterprise.Finally, the algorithm of model solving is designed, and the model is solved by ant colony algorithm.According to the results of the model, under the conditions set in this paper, there is a threshold between self-distribution and distribution outsourcing. When the amount of distribution is lower than the threshold, the retailer chooses the cost of self-distribution is lower, and when the amount of distribution is higher than the threshold,Retailers choose distribution outsourcing costs lower; in addition, labor costs have a greater impact on self-outsourcing decisions, the higher the labor costs, the more retailers tend to choose distribution outsourcing; the level of distribution services,Retailers make distribution decisions with the goal of cost optimization, when the penalty cost for overtime distribution is lower than the increased cost of distribution vehicles and distribution personnel to complete the delivery within a specified period of time,In order to control the cost of distribution, retailers choose overtime distribution, which affects the quality of delivery service.The purpose of this study is to provide a reference for retailers to make decisions on online distribution of fresh goods.
