【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化與開放型經(jīng)濟(jì)水平的進(jìn)一步提高,我國(guó)大量引進(jìn)外商直接投資(Foreign Direct Investment,簡(jiǎn)稱FDI)以謀求經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,而外商直接投資對(duì)我國(guó)就業(yè)壓力的緩解效應(yīng)也越來(lái)越受到各界的關(guān)注。從服務(wù)業(yè)占全球FDI總存量的變化趨勢(shì)和我國(guó)引入服務(wù)業(yè)外資的比例發(fā)展趨勢(shì)來(lái)看,我國(guó)乃至全球的外商直接投資的重點(diǎn)已經(jīng)發(fā)生顯著的轉(zhuǎn)移———由制造業(yè)向服務(wù)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移。根據(jù)2013年數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)看,我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)吸收并實(shí)際使用外資量已經(jīng)首次超過(guò)制造業(yè)。服務(wù)業(yè)是我國(guó)投資的熱點(diǎn)行業(yè),又是吸納就業(yè)的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè),研究我國(guó)利用服務(wù)業(yè)的外商直接投資(FDI),對(duì)我國(guó)的服務(wù)業(yè)就業(yè)產(chǎn)生效應(yīng),以及通過(guò)怎樣的機(jī)制對(duì)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)產(chǎn)生效應(yīng)有著一定的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文利用實(shí)證分析和規(guī)范分析相結(jié)合的方法,結(jié)合金融行業(yè)作為服務(wù)業(yè)代表行業(yè)的案例分析方法,從定性分析和定量分析兩個(gè)角度研究了我國(guó)引入服務(wù)業(yè)外商直接投資對(duì)我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)就業(yè)的影響。主要核心內(nèi)容如下:首先對(duì)本文的研究概念界定、理論基礎(chǔ)以及FDI和就業(yè)關(guān)系的理論綜述作出了闡述;其次詳細(xì)介紹了中國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)引進(jìn)FDI的歷程、現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn)以及存在的問(wèn)題加之中國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀分析,作為本文核心內(nèi)容的切入點(diǎn);然后對(duì)我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)外商直接投資(FDI)的就業(yè)效應(yīng)進(jìn)行了剖析。先用定性研究的手段分析了直接和間接就業(yè)效應(yīng)機(jī)制,后用建立模型的定量分析手段對(duì)上述分析結(jié)果作出了驗(yàn)證,得出服務(wù)業(yè)外商直接投資確實(shí)對(duì)我國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)就業(yè)有著積極的正效應(yīng);最后,根據(jù)前文的分析給出了本文的結(jié)論和中國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)引進(jìn)FDI存在的問(wèn)題及引進(jìn)FDI促進(jìn)中國(guó)服務(wù)業(yè)就業(yè)的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the further improvement of economic globalization and open economy, China has introduced a large number of foreign direct investment (Direct) to seek economic development.The relief effect of foreign direct investment on employment pressure has been paid more and more attention.From the trend of service industry accounting for the total stock of FDI and the development trend of introducing foreign capital into service industry, the emphasis of FDI in China and the whole world has been shifted from manufacturing industry to service industry.According to data in 2013, the amount of foreign capital absorbed and actually used by China's service industry has exceeded that of manufacturing industry for the first time.Service industry is a hot investment industry in our country, and it is also a leading industry to absorb employment.And through what kind of mechanism to produce the effect to the labor market has the certain theory and the practical significance.This paper combines the empirical analysis with the normative analysis and the case study of the financial industry as the representative industry of the service industry.From the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, this paper studies the influence of introducing foreign direct investment (FDI) into service industry on the employment of service industry in China.The main contents are as follows: firstly, the definition of the research concept, the theoretical basis and the theoretical overview of the relationship between FDI and employment are expounded; secondly, the course of introducing FDI into China's service industry is introduced in detail.The present situation, characteristics and existing problems, together with the analysis of the employment situation of China's service industry, are the entry points of this paper. Then, the employment effect of foreign direct investment (FDI) in China's service industry is analyzed.The mechanism of direct and indirect employment effect is analyzed by means of qualitative research, and the results are verified by the quantitative analysis method of establishing model.It is concluded that FDI in the service industry does have a positive positive effect on the employment of the service industry in China. Finally,According to the above analysis, the paper gives the conclusion of this paper, the problems existing in the introduction of FDI in China's service industry and the countermeasures of introducing FDI to promote the employment of China's service industry.
