【摘要】：伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化以及社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,物流的發(fā)展變化速度是相當(dāng)驚人的,作為最關(guān)鍵的物流環(huán)節(jié),配送正在被越來越多的企業(yè)所重視。物流作為企業(yè)的第三利潤(rùn)源,越來越的的企業(yè)重視物流的選址,物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的規(guī)劃。而為了保證選址的準(zhǔn)確性、科學(xué)性、效益性就必須對(duì)物流區(qū)域配送中心選址決策背景、理論基礎(chǔ)、決策步驟和方法進(jìn)行深入的研究。換句話說,在如今白熱化的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,成熟的優(yōu)秀的物流選址和運(yùn)作方式,可以為企業(yè)帶來良好的利潤(rùn),為企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展起到關(guān)鍵性作用。物流配送中心作為物流體系的不可或缺的組成部分,他的選址問題也就成為了配送中心規(guī)劃中的核心關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)。因此,研究區(qū)域范圍內(nèi)配送中心的選址和規(guī)劃對(duì)于企業(yè)生存有著重要的意義。本文研究了配送中心選址現(xiàn)狀及算法,在此基礎(chǔ)之上,以重慶市江北區(qū)新世紀(jì)百貨為研究對(duì)象研究了區(qū)域性配送中心選址的規(guī)劃模型。全文主要內(nèi)容如下:首先介紹研究背景:發(fā)展物流對(duì)于社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的帶來的好處,所作出的貢獻(xiàn),找出當(dāng)下國(guó)內(nèi)物流發(fā)展的缺點(diǎn)與現(xiàn)狀;其次,介紹配送中心選址的概念及原則等的相關(guān)理論:包括配送中心含義概念、配送中心選址的原則依據(jù)、影響元素和選址順序步驟,點(diǎn)出本文的研究意義、方法與內(nèi)容框架。第三,應(yīng)用層次分析法和整數(shù)規(guī)劃法兩種方法來研究選址規(guī)劃模型,論文以重慶市江北區(qū)新世紀(jì)百貨為例,提出了用于解決區(qū)域性配送中心選址問題的模型:將AHP與0-1整數(shù)規(guī)劃相結(jié)合從定性和定量?jī)蓚�(gè)方面共同建立區(qū)域性配送中心選址模型,并認(rèn)真求解了模型的過程建立及求解步驟。應(yīng)用定性和定量方法相輔相成的模型,成功規(guī)避了定性模型的主觀性以及單純數(shù)學(xué)模型的不合理性和片面性。最后,代入實(shí)證分析模型,完成了重慶市新世紀(jì)百貨在江北區(qū)物流配送中心選址規(guī)劃研究,驗(yàn)證了求解算法的有效性和模型的正確性,為第三方物流企業(yè)配送中心的選址工作提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization and social economy, the speed of development and change of logistics is quite amazing. As the most critical logistics link, distribution is being paid more and more attention by more and more enterprises.Logistics as the third profit source of enterprises, more and more enterprises attach importance to the location of logistics, logistics network planning.In order to ensure the accuracy, science and benefit of location selection, it is necessary to deeply study the background, theoretical basis, decision-making steps and methods of location selection of logistics regional distribution center.In other words, in the fierce market competition, mature and excellent logistics location and operation mode can bring good profits for enterprises, and play a key role in the survival and development of enterprises.As an indispensable part of logistics system, logistics distribution center has become the key point of distribution center planning.Therefore, it is important for enterprises to study the location and planning of distribution centers.In this paper, the present situation and algorithm of distribution center location are studied. On the basis of this, the planning model of regional distribution center location is studied with department stores in Jiangbei district of Chongqing as the research object.The main contents of this paper are as follows: first, introduce the research background: the benefits of logistics development for social and economic development, the contribution made, to find out the current domestic logistics development shortcomings and current situation; second,This paper introduces the related theories of the concept and principle of distribution center location, including the concept of distribution center, the principle basis of distribution center location, the influencing elements and the steps of location sequence, and points out the significance, method and content frame of this paper.Thirdly, using AHP and integer programming methods to study the location planning model, this paper takes the department stores in Jiangbei district of Chongqing as an example.This paper presents a model to solve the problem of location of regional distribution center. Combining AHP with 0-1 integer programming, the location model of regional distribution center is established from both qualitative and quantitative aspects.The process of establishing the model and the steps of solving the model are also given.The qualitative and quantitative models complement each other to avoid the subjectivity of the qualitative model and the irrationality and one-sidedness of the simple mathematical model.Finally, with the introduction of empirical analysis model, the location planning research of Chongqing New Century Department Store in Jiangbei logistics distribution center is completed, which verifies the validity of the algorithm and the correctness of the model.Third-party logistics enterprises for the location of distribution centers to provide a reference.
