【摘要】：隨著科技的迅猛發(fā)展,全球貿易化進程的加快,世界三產結構發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化。1970年以來,服務業(yè)更是以前所未有的規(guī)模和速度迅速發(fā)展。21世紀初,服務業(yè)在本質上也發(fā)生了巨大的變化,依托于信息技術和現(xiàn)代管理理念而發(fā)展起來的、知識和技術相對密集的服務業(yè)漸漸與傳統(tǒng)服務業(yè)相分割。現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)由于迅速發(fā)展成長,其發(fā)展水平正成為衡量一個國家和地區(qū)綜合競爭力和現(xiàn)代化程度的重要標志。2013年合肥市經濟生產總值達到4672.9億元,第三產業(yè)(服務業(yè))增加值1842億元,增長速度為10.6%,其增速分別高于全國、全省2.3和1.1個百分點.但是問題矛盾也有很多,結構不合理,總量與其他附近省會城市相比差距甚大,新興服務業(yè)規(guī)模甚小。因此在合肥市“十三五”將要布局之時,運用科學的方法來評估現(xiàn)代服務業(yè),對服務業(yè)的相關問題進行分析,并對現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)的發(fā)展提出合理建議,為合肥市政府科學合理地制定“十三五”期間現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)發(fā)展政策添磚加瓦。本文首先從現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)的含義、現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)的特征以及現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)的分類構成出發(fā),回顧了歷年各位學者研究所涉及的文獻綜述。其次,介紹了合肥市現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,運用灰色系統(tǒng)模型評估合肥市現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)主要影響因素的優(yōu)劣地位。在分析的基礎上總結出合肥市現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)發(fā)展中的不足,最后提出了合肥市現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)發(fā)展對策建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology and the acceleration of the process of global trade, the structure of the world's three industries has undergone earth-shaking changes. Since 1970, the service industry has developed rapidly on an unprecedented scale and at the beginning of the 21st century.In essence, the service industry has also undergone tremendous changes. Relying on information technology and modern management concepts, the service industry, which is relatively intensive in knowledge and technology, is gradually separated from the traditional service industry.With the rapid development and growth of the modern service industry, its development level is becoming an important symbol to measure the comprehensive competitiveness and the degree of modernization of a country and region. In 2013, the gross economic value of Hefei reached 467.29 billion yuan.The added value of the tertiary industry (service industry) was 184.2 billion yuan, with a growth rate of 10.6%, which was higher than that of the whole country, 2.3% and 1.1% respectively.But there are a lot of problems, unreasonable structure, the total compared with other provincial capitals, the scale of emerging services is very small.Therefore, when Hefei is about to be laid out in the 13th Five-Year Plan, it uses scientific methods to evaluate the modern service industry, analyzes the related problems of the service industry, and puts forward reasonable suggestions for the development of the modern service industry.It is important for Hefei municipal government to make the policy of modern service industry development scientifically and reasonably during the 13th Five-Year Plan.Starting from the meaning of modern service industry, the characteristics of modern service industry and the composition of the classification of modern service industry, this paper reviews the literature review that has been studied by scholars over the years.Secondly, this paper introduces the present situation of the modern service industry in Hefei, and uses the grey system model to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the main influencing factors of the modern service industry in Hefei.On the basis of analysis, this paper summarizes the deficiency in the development of modern service industry in Hefei, and finally puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of modern service industry in Hefei.
