【摘要】：隨著科技的迅猛發(fā)展,全球貿(mào)易化進(jìn)程的加快,世界三產(chǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化。1970年以來(lái),服務(wù)業(yè)更是以前所未有的規(guī)模和速度迅速發(fā)展。21世紀(jì)初,服務(wù)業(yè)在本質(zhì)上也發(fā)生了巨大的變化,依托于信息技術(shù)和現(xiàn)代管理理念而發(fā)展起來(lái)的、知識(shí)和技術(shù)相對(duì)密集的服務(wù)業(yè)漸漸與傳統(tǒng)服務(wù)業(yè)相分割。現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)由于迅速發(fā)展成長(zhǎng),其發(fā)展水平正成為衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和現(xiàn)代化程度的重要標(biāo)志。2013年合肥市經(jīng)濟(jì)生產(chǎn)總值達(dá)到4672.9億元,第三產(chǎn)業(yè)(服務(wù)業(yè))增加值1842億元,增長(zhǎng)速度為10.6%,其增速分別高于全國(guó)、全省2.3和1.1個(gè)百分點(diǎn).但是問(wèn)題矛盾也有很多,結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,總量與其他附近省會(huì)城市相比差距甚大,新興服務(wù)業(yè)規(guī)模甚小。因此在合肥市“十三五”將要布局之時(shí),運(yùn)用科學(xué)的方法來(lái)評(píng)估現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè),對(duì)服務(wù)業(yè)的相關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,并對(duì)現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展提出合理建議,為合肥市政府科學(xué)合理地制定“十三五”期間現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展政策添磚加瓦。本文首先從現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的含義、現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的特征以及現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)的分類(lèi)構(gòu)成出發(fā),回顧了歷年各位學(xué)者研究所涉及的文獻(xiàn)綜述。其次,介紹了合肥市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,運(yùn)用灰色系統(tǒng)模型評(píng)估合肥市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)主要影響因素的優(yōu)劣地位。在分析的基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)出合肥市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展中的不足,最后提出了合肥市現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology and the acceleration of the process of global trade, the structure of the world's three industries has undergone earth-shaking changes. Since 1970, the service industry has developed rapidly on an unprecedented scale and at the beginning of the 21st century.In essence, the service industry has also undergone tremendous changes. Relying on information technology and modern management concepts, the service industry, which is relatively intensive in knowledge and technology, is gradually separated from the traditional service industry.With the rapid development and growth of the modern service industry, its development level is becoming an important symbol to measure the comprehensive competitiveness and the degree of modernization of a country and region. In 2013, the gross economic value of Hefei reached 467.29 billion yuan.The added value of the tertiary industry (service industry) was 184.2 billion yuan, with a growth rate of 10.6%, which was higher than that of the whole country, 2.3% and 1.1% respectively.But there are a lot of problems, unreasonable structure, the total compared with other provincial capitals, the scale of emerging services is very small.Therefore, when Hefei is about to be laid out in the 13th Five-Year Plan, it uses scientific methods to evaluate the modern service industry, analyzes the related problems of the service industry, and puts forward reasonable suggestions for the development of the modern service industry.It is important for Hefei municipal government to make the policy of modern service industry development scientifically and reasonably during the 13th Five-Year Plan.Starting from the meaning of modern service industry, the characteristics of modern service industry and the composition of the classification of modern service industry, this paper reviews the literature review that has been studied by scholars over the years.Secondly, this paper introduces the present situation of the modern service industry in Hefei, and uses the grey system model to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the main influencing factors of the modern service industry in Hefei.On the basis of analysis, this paper summarizes the deficiency in the development of modern service industry in Hefei, and finally puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of modern service industry in Hefei.
