太原X酒店差異化戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前我國(guó)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)不斷發(fā)展,商務(wù)貿(mào)易活動(dòng)增多,同時(shí)人們可支配收入增加,旅游市場(chǎng)擴(kuò)增,因此外部環(huán)境對(duì)于酒店行業(yè)發(fā)展是非常有利的。不過(guò)我國(guó)許多酒店的戰(zhàn)略管理都不夠完善,因而發(fā)展受阻。本文中作者以太原X酒店作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其戰(zhàn)略管理問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了全面探討。從太原X酒店所面臨的外部環(huán)境入手,分析其優(yōu)劣勢(shì),采用SWOT矩陣分析法,說(shuō)明太原X酒店應(yīng)當(dāng)如何調(diào)整其戰(zhàn)略管理策略才能實(shí)現(xiàn)更好發(fā)展。太原X酒店應(yīng)當(dāng)采取差異化的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,即在酒店服務(wù)、營(yíng)銷渠道和產(chǎn)品上,體現(xiàn)與其他酒店的不同之處,這樣才有可能在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的市場(chǎng)中爭(zhēng)取到更多客戶。此外,太原X酒店還需要進(jìn)一步完善酒店業(yè)務(wù)流程,構(gòu)建更具有調(diào)整空間的組織管理結(jié)構(gòu),建立信息豐富的客戶數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),培育更貼合市場(chǎng)要求的先進(jìn)企業(yè)文化,必須保證這些保障措施的切實(shí)執(zhí)行,才有可能實(shí)現(xiàn)公司戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。盡管我國(guó)酒店服務(wù)行業(yè)有較為理想的發(fā)展前景,但是目前我國(guó)酒店服務(wù)行業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也較為激烈,太原X酒店必須應(yīng)用差異化的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略,壓低服務(wù)成本,充分體現(xiàn)服務(wù)優(yōu)勢(shì),才能獲得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)勝利。本文的研究可為太原X酒店拓展業(yè)務(wù)市場(chǎng)提供指導(dǎo),同時(shí)對(duì)我國(guó)酒店行業(yè)中其他與太原X酒店性質(zhì)類似的低星級(jí)酒店明確市場(chǎng)定位,制定戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃具有參考作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of socialist market economy, the increase of business and trade activities, the increase of people's disposable income and the expansion of tourism market, the external environment is very favorable to the development of hotel industry.However, the strategic management of many hotels in China is not perfect, so the development is hindered.In this paper, the author takes Taiyuan X Hotel as the research object, and makes a comprehensive discussion on its strategic management.Starting from the external environment of Taiyuan X Hotel, this paper analyzes its merits and demerits, and uses SWOT matrix analysis method to explain how Taiyuan X Hotel should adjust its strategic management strategy to achieve better development.Taiyuan X Hotel should adopt a differentiated development strategy, that is, in the hotel service, marketing channels and products, reflect the differences with other hotels, so as to win more customers in the competitive market.In addition, Taiyuan X Hotel also needs to further improve the hotel business process, build a more readjusted space of organization and management structure, establish an informative customer database, cultivate a more suitable market requirements of the advanced corporate culture,It is necessary to ensure the implementation of these safeguards in order to achieve the strategic objectives of the company.Although the hotel service industry of our country has the ideal development prospect, the market competition of the hotel service industry in our country is also fierce at present, Taiyuan X hotel must apply the differentiated competition strategy, reduce the service cost, fully embody the service superiority.In order to win the competition.The research in this paper can provide guidance for Taiyuan X hotel to expand its business market, at the same time, it can be used as a reference for other low-star hotels similar to Taiyuan X hotel in our country to define the market position and formulate the strategic plan.
