基于共享經(jīng)濟理論的跨境電商物流海外倉發(fā)展問題研究

【摘要】:從2013年起,我國跨境電子商務(wù)就開始進入高速發(fā)展時期,總體交易量已經(jīng)連續(xù)幾年保持了20%以上的增長速度。但是,就在我國跨境電子商務(wù)高速發(fā)展的同時,跨境物流卻出了成本高、運輸及配送時間長和退換貨困難等問題,嚴重制約了跨境電商的發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的跨境物流方式又難以解決這些問題。一種新的跨境物流模式—海外倉應(yīng)運而生?缇畴娚藤u家使用海外倉,可以縮短運輸及配送周期、提高利潤率、擴大銷售品類、妥善解決消費者的退換貨問題,提升買家的滿意度,重構(gòu)消費者的購物體驗,還可以倒逼國內(nèi)企業(yè)樹立真正的服務(wù)意識、品牌意識、質(zhì)量意識和客戶至上的意識,帶動整個跨境電商行業(yè)的優(yōu)化升級。當然,海外倉在帶來便利的同時,也帶來了新的難題。首先,眾多產(chǎn)品存儲在海外倉庫,無可避免的會出現(xiàn)庫存滯銷積壓問題。其次,對海外倉服務(wù)商的本土化運營提出了更高的要求。最后,海外倉建設(shè)在其他國家,勢必需要企業(yè)招聘一批熟知我國和國外法律、語言、稅務(wù)、風土人情等具有跨境電子商務(wù)知識的高級復(fù)合型人才。本文首先由共享經(jīng)濟理論引出共享物流,接著探討了共享物流的概念、形式及發(fā)展理念,然后又從海外倉的運作流程、共享經(jīng)濟發(fā)展動力以及共享物流理念與海外倉的關(guān)系三個角度分析了共享經(jīng)濟與海外倉的聯(lián)系,隨后又深入的分析了海外倉發(fā)展問題產(chǎn)生的原因。最后再從宏觀和微觀兩個方面針對這些問題提出意見和建議。在宏觀方面,搭建海外倉聯(lián)盟,進行資源整合,實現(xiàn)信息的共享;在微觀方面,提倡進行多方合作,共享“滯銷庫存”;建議企業(yè)聯(lián)合,共同推進海外倉的本土化建設(shè),共享本土化的成果;主張校企和行業(yè)合作,共同培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的復(fù)合型人才,通過這些方式更好的解決海外倉在發(fā)展過程中遇到的問題。
[Abstract]:Since 2013, China's cross-border e-commerce has entered a period of rapid development, and the overall trading volume has maintained a growth rate of more than 20% for several consecutive years. However, at the same time of the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce in China, However, problems such as high cost, long transportation and distribution time and difficulty in returning and exchanging goods in cross-border logistics have seriously restricted the development of cross-border e-commerce. The traditional cross-border logistics mode is difficult to solve these problems. A new cross-border logistics mode-overseas warehouse came into being. Cross-border e-commerce sellers use overseas stores, which can shorten the transportation and distribution cycle, increase profit margins, and expand the sales category. Properly solving the problem of returning and exchanging goods for consumers, improving the satisfaction of buyers and reconstructing the shopping experience of consumers can also force domestic enterprises to establish a true sense of service, brand awareness, quality awareness and customer supremacy. Promoting the optimization and upgrading of the entire cross-border e-commerce industry. Of course, while overseas warehouses bring convenience, they also bring new difficulties. First, many products are stored in overseas warehouses, and there is inevitably a backlog of unsalable stocks. Higher requirements have been put forward for the local operation of overseas warehouse service providers. Finally, overseas warehouse construction in other countries is bound to require enterprises to recruit people who are familiar with the laws, languages, and taxes of our country and foreign countries. This paper first introduces the shared logistics from the sharing economy theory, then discusses the concept, form and development concept of the shared logistics, and then from the overseas warehouse operation process. The relationship between shared economy and overseas warehouse is analyzed from three angles: the motive force of shared economy and the relationship between shared logistics concept and overseas warehouse. Then, it analyzes the reasons for the problems of overseas warehouse development. Finally, it puts forward suggestions and suggestions on these issues from both macro and micro aspects. At the macro level, it sets up an overseas warehouse alliance to integrate resources. To realize the sharing of information; to promote multi-party cooperation and share "unsalable inventory" at the micro level; to suggest that enterprises unite to jointly promote the localization of overseas warehouses and to share the results of localization; and to advocate cooperation between schools and enterprises and industry. Jointly train high-quality compound talents and solve the problems encountered in the development of overseas warehouse through these ways.
