【摘要】：摘要：從20世紀50年代末至今,我國建筑企業(yè)國際工程承包已經(jīng)經(jīng)過多年持續(xù)的發(fā)展,企業(yè)的經(jīng)營規(guī)模、技術(shù)含量不斷擴大,為國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展起到了積極的促進作用。但是目前我國大部分建筑企業(yè)國際工程承包中仍延續(xù)著依靠勞動力和生產(chǎn)資料投入的發(fā)展方式,存在著經(jīng)營模式單一、區(qū)域分布不均、能力提升滯后等弊端。而這種“外延式,粗放式”的發(fā)展方式,歸根溯源,是受到了歷史積淀下來的組織慣例、資源依賴等內(nèi)在約束條件的影響,即路徑依賴的影響。 本文以我國國際工程承包商為研究對象,從項目來源、承包方式、市場布局三個維度,分四個階段梳理出我國建筑企業(yè)國際工程承包發(fā)展的歷程,總結(jié)出我國建筑企業(yè)在國際工程承包發(fā)展中,在企業(yè)規(guī)模、盈利能力、承包能力等方面表現(xiàn)出的若干問題,提煉出國際工程承包發(fā)展的工程承包能力、市場營銷能力、融資能力、項目人員綜合能力四大影響因素。在四大影響因素中,本文選取工程承包模式和目標市場開拓兩大主要因素,系統(tǒng)的分析我國建筑企業(yè)國際工程承包中的路徑依賴形成機理,從路徑依賴形成機理中分析問題發(fā)生的根源。在結(jié)合市場環(huán)境分析企業(yè)當前路徑的有效性之后,嘗試性的提出我國建筑企業(yè)國際工程承包路徑變遷的方向,并從路徑依賴的形成機理的角度出發(fā),分析我國建筑企業(yè)打破路徑閉鎖、獲得進一步持續(xù)發(fā)展的方法。
[Abstract]:Abstract: since the end of 1950s, the international engineering contracting construction enterprises in our country have after years of sustained development, the scale of the enterprise, technology continues to expand, to promote the development of the national economy. But at present, China's international project contracting enterprises in most of the buildings are still the continuation of the development on labor and production inputs, there is a single mode of operation, the regional distribution is uneven, the ability to enhance the drawbacks of lag. And this kind of "extensive, extensive mode of development, in the final analysis, is subject to the historical accumulation of the influence of organizational routines, resource dependence inherent constraints, namely the influence of path dependence.
In this paper, the international engineering contractor in our country as the research object, from the source of the project, contract, the three dimensions of the market layout, divided into four stages to tease out the history of Chinese construction enterprises in international engineering contract development, summed up China's construction enterprises in the international project contracting, the profitability of the enterprise scale, and some problems of contract the ability to show, refine the project contracting ability development of the international project contracting, marketing ability, financing ability, comprehensive ability factors of project personnel four. In the four influencing factors, this paper selects the project contract model and target market open two main factors, system analysis of the path of the international project contracting in our country in the construction enterprise's dependence formation mechanism from path dependence analysis of the root causes of problems in formation mechanism. After combined with the market environment analysis of the enterprise current path is effective, taste This paper puts forward the direction of the change of China's construction enterprises' international engineering contracting path, and analyzes the way to break the path block and get further sustainable development from the perspective of the path dependence mechanism.
