【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)對(duì)工業(yè)和商業(yè)發(fā)展的推動(dòng)作用不斷加強(qiáng),工商企業(yè)的日常運(yùn)營(yíng)和未來(lái)發(fā)展對(duì)科學(xué)技術(shù)的依賴性也日趨增強(qiáng)。作為支撐企業(yè)正常業(yè)務(wù)的設(shè)備,也在經(jīng)受著越來(lái)越嚴(yán)峻的考驗(yàn)。人們?cè)絹?lái)越意識(shí)到,設(shè)備的持續(xù)、穩(wěn)定和高效的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),也關(guān)系著企業(yè)的持續(xù)、穩(wěn)定和高效的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。因此,如何管好、用好和維護(hù)好這些設(shè)備,就是我們對(duì)于工商企業(yè)設(shè)備管理工作的明確要求。在這樣的前提和背景下,探索和研究多種識(shí)別技術(shù)的IT設(shè)備智能管理,具有重大而迫切的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本論文以物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)為核心,重點(diǎn)對(duì)NFC近場(chǎng)通訊、二維碼、RFID電子標(biāo)簽等技術(shù)的特點(diǎn)、發(fā)展以及應(yīng)用情況進(jìn)行研究,并以設(shè)備管理、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的研究作為論文的理論基礎(chǔ)。 本論文通過(guò)借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外諸多學(xué)者關(guān)于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)在IT設(shè)備管理上的研究及應(yīng)用成果,認(rèn)為目前傳統(tǒng)的僅依靠軟件方式的IT設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng),解決了設(shè)備查詢和統(tǒng)計(jì)的問(wèn)題,但對(duì)于工作效率未有明顯提升;而單一物聯(lián)網(wǎng)識(shí)別技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,由于其各自的局限性部分程度制約了IT設(shè)備管理問(wèn)題的全面解決;目前情況下,采用多種識(shí)別技術(shù)組合方式是解決IT設(shè)備管理問(wèn)題的最佳實(shí)踐。 本論文在對(duì)BYC公司的IT設(shè)備管理現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行充分分析的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了BYC公司IT設(shè)備管理存在的不足,提出了適合BYC公司IT設(shè)備管理需求的解決方案,同時(shí)確保方案具有一定的普遍性,為將來(lái)的推廣提供可能。另外,針對(duì)本論文針對(duì)BYC公司實(shí)際情況,擬定了初步的IT設(shè)備智能管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案以及實(shí)施方案。最后,論文結(jié)合當(dāng)前的信息化及物聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,為提高IT設(shè)備的管理水平和管理效率,提出切實(shí)可行的建議和設(shè)想。 本論文經(jīng)研究認(rèn)為:目前工商企業(yè)在建的IT設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng),有相當(dāng)一部分仍處于紙質(zhì)臺(tái)賬和電子臺(tái)賬階段,“紙”變而少“質(zhì)”變,缺少對(duì)IT設(shè)備全生命周期內(nèi)各關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)的狀態(tài)跟蹤和行為審計(jì)。要解決這個(gè)問(wèn)題首要是通過(guò)全要素的標(biāo)識(shí)工作,借助物聯(lián)網(wǎng)識(shí)別技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)IT設(shè)備的全面感知;其次是通過(guò)全流程跟蹤工作,借助多種組合的物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)和管理手段,捕捉IT設(shè)備的狀態(tài)和人員行為;再次是通過(guò)全維度分析工作,借助數(shù)據(jù)分析手段,為BYC公司的設(shè)備管理提供輔助決策;最后是通過(guò)全方位展示工作,借助移動(dòng)技術(shù)和信息化的SOA技術(shù),為BYC公司的IT設(shè)備管理人員提供傳統(tǒng)設(shè)備、移動(dòng)設(shè)備等多媒介的結(jié)果展現(xiàn)。 本論文認(rèn)為基于多種識(shí)別技術(shù)的IT智能設(shè)備管理,不僅適用于BYC公司的IT設(shè)備管理,同時(shí)也適用于我國(guó)目前大型國(guó)企和政府的IT設(shè)備管理,將提高我國(guó)整體的IT設(shè)備管理水平。
[Abstract]:With the increasing role of science and technology in promoting the development of industry and commerce, the daily operation and future development of industrial and commercial enterprises are increasingly dependent on science and technology. People are becoming more and more aware that the continuous, stable and efficient operation of the equipment is also related to the continuous, stable and efficient operation of the enterprise. Therefore, how to manage, use and maintain these equipment well, Under such a premise and background, it is of great and urgent practical significance to explore and study the intelligent management of IT equipment based on a variety of identification technologies. This paper focuses on the characteristics, development and application of NFC near field communication and QR code tag, and takes the equipment management and Internet of things technology as the theoretical basis of this paper. Based on the research and application of Internet of things technology in IT equipment management, this paper holds that the traditional IT equipment management system, which only relies on software, has solved the problem of equipment query and statistics. However, the working efficiency has not been significantly improved; and the application of the single Internet of things identification technology, due to their respective limitations, partly restricts the overall solution of IT equipment management problems. It is the best practice to solve IT equipment management problem by using multiple identification technology combination. Based on the analysis of the current situation of IT equipment management in BYC Company, this paper summarizes the shortcomings of IT equipment Management in BYC Company, and puts forward a solution suitable for IT equipment Management requirement of BYC Company. At the same time, to ensure that the scheme has a certain universality, which provides the possibility for the future promotion. In addition, aiming at the actual situation of BYC company, the design scheme and implementation scheme of the intelligent management system of IT equipment are proposed in this paper. Finally, the implementation scheme of the intelligent management system of IT equipment is proposed. According to the current situation of information technology and Internet of things, this paper puts forward some practical suggestions and ideas to improve the management level and efficiency of IT equipment. In this paper, it is concluded that some of the IT equipment management systems under construction in industrial and commercial enterprises are still in the stage of paper and electronic bookkeeping, "paper" becomes less and "quality" changes. There is a lack of state tracking and behavior audit in every key link in the whole life cycle of IT equipment. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to realize the overall perception of IT equipment by means of the identification of all elements and the technology of Internet of things identification. The second is to capture the status and human behavior of IT equipment through the whole process tracking work, with the help of a variety of combination of Internet of things technology and management means; again, through the work of full-dimension analysis, with the help of data analysis means, Finally, through the omni-directional display work, with the help of mobile technology and information SOA technology, it provides traditional equipment, mobile devices and other multi-media results to the IT equipment managers of BYC Company. This paper holds that IT intelligent equipment management based on multiple identification technologies is not only suitable for IT equipment management of BYC Company, but also suitable for IT equipment management of large state-owned enterprises and government in China. It will improve our overall IT equipment management level.
