【摘要】：目前,中國參與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟合作呈現(xiàn)出發(fā)達和發(fā)展中伙伴趨于平衡、內(nèi)涵和質(zhì)量不斷提升的特點,但同時也存在主要發(fā)達經(jīng)濟體缺位、面臨新經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則挑戰(zhàn)以及碎片化問題仍突出等問題。為了應(yīng)對新形勢帶來的挑戰(zhàn),更好服務(wù)于"逐步構(gòu)筑起立足周邊、輻射‘一帶一路’、面向全球的自由貿(mào)易區(qū)網(wǎng)絡(luò)",中國仍需要積極布局,重點推動,尤其要精耕細(xì)作"一帶一路"。
