【摘要】：當(dāng)前,世界經(jīng)濟(jì)復(fù)蘇過程艱難曲折,國際社會對東亞經(jīng)濟(jì)能否保持長期穩(wěn)定,并繼續(xù)成為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長主要推動力量高度關(guān)注。中國和東盟作為亞洲重要經(jīng)濟(jì)體,雙方經(jīng)濟(jì)相互依賴度日益增加,中國-東盟自由貿(mào)易區(qū)順應(yīng)而生。目前,中國已成為東盟的第一大貿(mào)易伙伴,東盟是中國的第三大貿(mào)易伙伴。要進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)中國與東盟之間的貿(mào)易關(guān)系更好的發(fā)展,有必要弄清楚中國與東盟各國之間的貿(mào)易關(guān)系發(fā)展趨勢如何,這種貿(mào)易關(guān)系對東盟經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展能否起到促進(jìn)作用,即中國與東盟各國之間的經(jīng)貿(mào)合作是否存在可持續(xù)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。本文首先通過東盟相關(guān)的經(jīng)貿(mào)數(shù)據(jù)和指標(biāo)分析了東盟各國經(jīng)濟(jì)、貿(mào)易和投資現(xiàn)狀,探討了東盟區(qū)域內(nèi)各國的發(fā)展特征,發(fā)現(xiàn)東盟各國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度存在差異,尤其是近十年來柬埔寨、老撾和越南的經(jīng)濟(jì)增速十分突出。并通過模型測算出各國的貿(mào)易和投資對GDP增長起到不同程度的促進(jìn)作用。其次,通過分析中國與東盟近年來的貿(mào)易現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)雙邊貿(mào)易額逐年增加,中國在東盟貿(mào)易對象結(jié)構(gòu)中的地位越來越重要,主要表現(xiàn)在東盟對中國日益增加的貿(mào)易依存度上,并將中國視為機(jī)械和運(yùn)輸設(shè)備的重要來源國。最后,采用顯性比較優(yōu)勢指數(shù)和比較劣勢指數(shù)來分析雙邊在各類貿(mào)易商品方面的互補(bǔ)性,進(jìn)而測算出中國與東盟各國的貿(mào)易互補(bǔ)性指數(shù),發(fā)現(xiàn)中國與東盟無論是在資源性產(chǎn)品方面還是在工業(yè)制成品方面都存在互補(bǔ)關(guān)系。并且通過模型更深一步的分析表明,雙邊的貿(mào)易互補(bǔ)性對東盟經(jīng)濟(jì)增長具備促進(jìn)作用。基于以上研究結(jié)論基礎(chǔ),文章為促進(jìn)雙邊持續(xù)合作、實(shí)現(xiàn)互利多贏提出了相應(yīng)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:At present, the recovery of the world economy the international community on the East Asia economy arduous and tortuous, can maintain long-term stability, and continue to become the world's economic growth is mainly driven attention. As an important force Chinese and ASEAN economies of Asia, the economic interdependence degree is increasing, Chinese ASEAN Free Trade Zone emerges. At present, ASEAN has become the Chinese the largest trading partner of ASEAN, Chinese is the third largest trading partner. To further promote the development of ASEAN trade relationship between Chinese better, it is necessary to clarify how between China and ASEAN trade development trend, the development of the ASEAN Economic and trade relations can play a role in promoting the economic and trade cooperation between the China foundation with the existence of ASEAN countries for sustainable development. Firstly, through the ASEAN related economic and trade data and index analysis of the ASEAN In the economic, trade and investment situation, discusses the development characteristics of ASEAN countries in the region, found that the ASEAN economic development level and speed of economic development are different, especially in the past ten years in Kampuchea, Laos and Vietnam's economic growth is very prominent. And through the model calculate the national trade and investment to different extent promotion effect on GDP growth. Secondly, through the analysis of the trade status Chinese and ASEAN in recent years, found that the bilateral trade volume increased year by year, China in ASEAN trade object structure in a more and more important role, mainly in ASEAN to China increasing dependence on foreign trade, and will be regarded as an important source of Chinese machinery and transportation the equipment. Finally, the revealed comparative advantage index and comparative advantage index to analyze the bilateral trade complementarity in various aspects, and then calculate the Chinese with ASEAN countries Trade complementarity index, found that Chinese and ASEAN both in terms of resource products or in industrial manufactured goods are complementary. And through the analysis of the model shows that a step deeper, bilateral trade complementarity to Promote ASEAN with economic growth. Based on the above conclusions, this paper continues to promote bilateral cooperation and achieve mutual benefit all put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
