【摘要】：伴隨著改革開放,我國農(nóng)村的生產(chǎn)生活發(fā)生了巨大的改變,武漢市農(nóng)村的建設(shè)也不甘落后。同時,近幾年以來互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展十分迅猛,對許多社會領(lǐng)域都已經(jīng)有了深刻的影響。然而農(nóng)村地區(qū)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)建設(shè)與信息化進(jìn)程比較緩慢,已經(jīng)成為嚴(yán)重影響新農(nóng)村現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)和發(fā)展的一個重要原因。在信息全球化時代,便捷的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)已逐步變成人們獲取外界信息的一個主要方式。除此之外,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)現(xiàn)在也已經(jīng)成了個人工作生活和各種政治經(jīng)濟(jì)活動的平臺,日漸影響到社會活動的方方面面,轉(zhuǎn)變了人們的日常生活,對經(jīng)濟(jì)社會的發(fā)展發(fā)揮著重要作用。尤其是隨著武漢市農(nóng)村的發(fā)展以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在武漢市新農(nóng)村建設(shè)中的作用慢慢呈現(xiàn)出來,為了實現(xiàn)科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步與社會的發(fā)展,十分有必要更加深入地研究互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)在推動武漢市新農(nóng)村的建設(shè)中的作用。本文通過問卷調(diào)查與實地調(diào)查的方法,調(diào)查武漢市區(qū)周邊的青山區(qū)、蔡甸區(qū)、江夏區(qū)具有代表性和典型性的村(社區(qū)),結(jié)合村(社區(qū))的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展情況,選取一定數(shù)量的村民發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷了解情況,并從使用者的角度對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的推廣和應(yīng)用效果做出分析。論文對武漢市農(nóng)村互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的發(fā)展以及作用進(jìn)行了深入的調(diào)查研究和客觀分析,對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在武漢市新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的作用和原因進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究,結(jié)合武漢的實地情況,得出了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在武漢市新農(nóng)村建設(shè)中有效促進(jìn)了武漢市農(nóng)村地區(qū)生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展,改變了武漢市農(nóng)民傳統(tǒng)的溝通交流方式,拓寬了農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品的銷售渠道,增加了農(nóng)民的收入,促進(jìn)了農(nóng)村生活富裕,同時智能手機(jī)的普及也為農(nóng)民的生活帶來極大的便利并為農(nóng)民增收產(chǎn)生了積極作用。建議相關(guān)部門和省市鄉(xiāng)縣各級政府繼續(xù)加大農(nóng)村互聯(lián)網(wǎng)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),鼓勵通信企業(yè)繼續(xù)降低農(nóng)村地區(qū)上網(wǎng)費用和改善上網(wǎng)體驗,持續(xù)推動武漢市農(nóng)村地區(qū)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的普及和農(nóng)村地區(qū)網(wǎng)民數(shù)量的增加,加速實現(xiàn)武漢市社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的宏偉目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the reform and opening up, great changes have taken place in China's rural production and life, and the construction of rural areas in Wuhan is not willing to lag behind. At the same time, the development of the Internet has been very rapid in recent years. It has had a profound impact on many social fields. However, the slow progress of Internet construction and information technology in rural areas has become an important reason for seriously affecting the modernization and development of new rural areas. In the age of information globalization, The convenient Internet has gradually become a major way for people to obtain information from the outside world. In addition, the Internet has also become a platform for personal working life and various political and economic activities, and has increasingly affected all aspects of social activities. It has changed people's daily life and played an important role in the development of economy and society. Especially, with the development of Wuhan's countryside and the progress of Internet technology, the role of Internet in the construction of new rural areas in Wuhan has gradually emerged. In order to realize the progress of science and technology and the development of society, it is necessary to study the role of Internet technology in promoting the construction of new countryside in Wuhan. To investigate the Internet development of representative and typical villages in Qingshan District, Caidian District and Jiangxia District around Wuhan City (community, combined with village (community)), select a certain number of villagers to distribute questionnaires to understand the situation. And from the point of view of users, this paper makes an analysis of the effects of the promotion and application of the Internet. The paper makes an in-depth investigation and objective analysis on the development and role of the rural Internet in Wuhan. This paper makes a systematic study on the role and reasons of the Internet in the construction of the new countryside in Wuhan. In combination with the actual situation in Wuhan, it is concluded that the Internet has effectively promoted the development of the productivity in the rural areas of Wuhan City during the construction of the new countryside in Wuhan. It has changed the traditional way of communication and communication among farmers in Wuhan, widened the channels for selling agricultural and sideline products, increased farmers' income, and promoted the prosperity of rural life. At the same time, the popularity of smart phones has also brought great convenience to farmers' lives and has had a positive effect on increasing farmers' income. It is suggested that relevant departments and governments at all levels of provinces, cities, townships and counties continue to increase the construction of rural Internet infrastructure. Encouraging communication enterprises to continue to reduce the cost of Internet access and improve the Internet access experience in rural areas, and continue to promote the popularization of the Internet in rural areas of Wuhan and the increase in the number of Internet users in rural areas, Accelerate the realization of Wuhan City socialist new rural construction of the grand goal.
