【摘要】：“十二五”期間,我國將擴大消費內(nèi)需確定為長期戰(zhàn)略,足見商貿(mào)流通業(yè)在我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中的地位。加快推動現(xiàn)代商貿(mào)流通業(yè)發(fā)展,是浙江省深入實施“八八戰(zhàn)略”的有效途徑,對穩(wěn)增長、促改革、調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)、擴就業(yè)具有重要意義。在市場國際化程度不斷提高、電子商務(wù)等新型業(yè)態(tài)不斷涌現(xiàn)的背景下,浙江省商貿(mào)流通現(xiàn)代化的內(nèi)涵在廣度和深度上都有了新的突破。因此,明確新背景下浙江省商貿(mào)流通現(xiàn)代化內(nèi)涵,并對浙江省商貿(mào)流通現(xiàn)代化水平進行測度和分析商貿(mào)流通現(xiàn)代化對社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的影響,具有重要意義。本文具體研究內(nèi)容如下：首先,本文界定新時期下的商貿(mào)流通現(xiàn)代化內(nèi)涵：以國際化和社會整體現(xiàn)代化為背景,新興商貿(mào)流通方式和現(xiàn)代信息與技術(shù)革命為支撐,改善商貿(mào)流通業(yè)內(nèi)部要素和外部環(huán)境,促進商貿(mào)流通經(jīng)濟全面發(fā)展的動態(tài)過程。再從人力與基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施現(xiàn)代化、信息技術(shù)現(xiàn)代化、流通方式與結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)代化以及國際化水平四個方面共十一個指標(biāo),構(gòu)建一套比較全面的測度浙江省商貿(mào)流通現(xiàn)代化的評價指標(biāo)。采用綜合評價模型測度浙江省商貿(mào)流通現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展水平。浙江省商貿(mào)流通現(xiàn)代化測度結(jié)果分析表明：總體上,浙江省商貿(mào)流通現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展趨勢較好；信息技術(shù)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展水平呈指數(shù)型增長；浙江省流通方式與結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展水平高；國際化水平發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出波動型上升趨勢。另外,在人力與基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施現(xiàn)代化體系中,商貿(mào)流通業(yè)從業(yè)人員大專及以上學(xué)歷指標(biāo)得分明顯低于其他指標(biāo),說明商貿(mào)流通業(yè)從業(yè)人員素質(zhì)有待提高。然后,分析浙江省商貿(mào)流通現(xiàn)代化對社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的影響�；谡憬∩藤Q(mào)流通現(xiàn)代化的四個子體系測度結(jié)果與社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展相關(guān)指標(biāo)進行典型相關(guān)分析,結(jié)果顯示,浙江省商貿(mào)流通現(xiàn)代化與社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展間有很強的相關(guān)性；根據(jù)典型相關(guān)分析的結(jié)果,再利用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型系統(tǒng)分析商貿(mào)流通現(xiàn)代化對社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的影響,得到路徑影響系數(shù)。根據(jù)調(diào)整后的結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型T檢驗結(jié)果可得,測量模型中測量變量對其潛變量影響都很顯著；結(jié)構(gòu)模型中商貿(mào)流通現(xiàn)代化的四個潛變量對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和社會進步的影響顯著。再根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)模型中的路徑影響系數(shù)可知,信息技術(shù)現(xiàn)代化和流通方式與結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)代化對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和社會進步的影響較大。最后,本文基于實證分析結(jié)果,結(jié)合浙江省現(xiàn)代流通業(yè)發(fā)展形勢,提出相對應(yīng)的對策建議。
[Abstract]:During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, China defined the expansion of consumer domestic demand as a long-term strategy, which shows the position of the trade circulation industry in the economic development of our country and speeds up the development of the modern trade circulation industry. It is an effective way for Zhejiang Province to carry out the "1988 Strategy" in depth. It is of great significance to steady growth, promote reform, adjust structure, and expand employment. Under the background of the increasing degree of market internationalization and the continuous emergence of new forms of e-business, such as e-commerce, New breakthroughs have been made in the breadth and depth of the connotation of the modernization of trade and trade circulation in Zhejiang Province. Therefore, it is clear that the connotation of the modernization of trade and trade circulation in Zhejiang Province is clear under the new background. It is of great significance to measure and analyze the influence of the modernization of trade and trade circulation on the social and economic development in Zhejiang Province. The specific contents of this paper are as follows: first of all, This paper defines the connotation of trade circulation modernization in the new period: under the background of internationalization and the overall modernization of society, the new trade circulation mode and the modern information and technology revolution are taken as the support to improve the internal elements and external environment of the trade circulation industry. The dynamic process of promoting the overall development of trade and trade circulation economy. Then there are eleven indicators from four aspects: modernization of manpower and infrastructure, modernization of information technology, modernization of circulation mode and structure, and level of internationalization. This paper constructs a set of comprehensive evaluation indexes to measure the modernization of trade and trade circulation in Zhejiang Province. The comprehensive evaluation model is used to measure the development level of the modernization of trade circulation in Zhejiang Province. The result of measuring the modernization of trade circulation in Zhejiang Province shows that: on the whole, The development trend of trade and trade circulation modernization in Zhejiang Province is better; the development level of information technology modernization is increasing exponentially; the circulation mode and structure modernization of Zhejiang Province is developing at a high level; and the development of international level is showing a fluctuating upward trend. In the modern system of manpower and infrastructure, the scores of college students and above in the trade circulation industry are obviously lower than other indicators, which indicates that the quality of the trade circulation workers needs to be improved. This paper analyzes the influence of trade circulation modernization on social and economic development in Zhejiang Province. Based on the results of four sub-system measures of trade and trade circulation modernization in Zhejiang Province and the related indicators of social and economic development, the typical correlation analysis is carried out, and the results show that, There is a strong correlation between the modernization of trade and trade circulation and the development of social economy in Zhejiang Province, and according to the results of typical correlation analysis, the influence of trade circulation modernization on social and economic development is systematically analyzed by using the structural equation model. According to the T-test results of the adjusted structural equation model, the influence of the measured variables on the latent variables in the measurement model is very significant. The four latent variables of trade circulation modernization in the structural model have a significant impact on economic development and social progress. The modernization of information technology, circulation mode and structure have a great influence on economic development and social progress. Finally, based on the results of empirical analysis and combined with the development situation of modern circulation industry in Zhejiang Province, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
