【摘要】:農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng),作為中國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)居民購(gòu)買生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的主要場(chǎng)所。長(zhǎng)久以來(lái),在居民的生活中占據(jù)著非常重要的位置,農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)對(duì)一代又一代人的生活習(xí)慣、消費(fèi)觀念造成了深遠(yuǎn)的影響。如今,農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)還是社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的風(fēng)向標(biāo),是城市綜合形象的展示窗口,與居民的生活更加緊密地結(jié)合在一起,其重要性不言而喻。從2010年開始,國(guó)務(wù)院統(tǒng)籌推進(jìn)了新一輪的“菜籃子”工程建設(shè),農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)作為居民生活必不可少的一部分,在滿足廣大人民群眾對(duì)農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品的需求,方便城鄉(xiāng)居民生活,切實(shí)保障民生,并促進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和提升城市形象與品質(zhì)方面發(fā)揮了重要作用。但是,由于各個(gè)地方區(qū)情及消費(fèi)者消費(fèi)行為習(xí)慣不一樣,對(duì)農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)布點(diǎn)、規(guī)格以及內(nèi)部設(shè)計(jì)都存在不同要求。因此,研究農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及其提升策略,對(duì)于改善民生,提升居民的幸福指數(shù),具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。論文在對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究動(dòng)態(tài)綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,從張家港城市發(fā)展背景分析入手,對(duì)張家港農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了深入解析,歸納出其在建設(shè)布局、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、管理手段等方面存在的問(wèn)題,通過(guò)對(duì)比國(guó)內(nèi)外農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),依據(jù)張家港城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展水平、居民生活消費(fèi)的特點(diǎn)、農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),最后提出整體發(fā)展思路及實(shí)施計(jì)劃,并從建立組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)體制、促進(jìn)農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)回歸公益性、完善農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)管理體制、制訂相應(yīng)扶持政策等方面提出了支持張家港市農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展整體提升的政策建議。
[Abstract]:The farmers' market, as the main place for Chinese urban and rural residents to buy fresh agricultural products, has long occupied a very important position in the residents' lives. The concept of consumption has had a profound impact. Today, the farmers' market is also a vane for social and economic development, a window for the display of a comprehensive image of the city, and more closely integrated with the life of the residents. The importance is self-evident. Since 2010, the State Council has been carrying out a new round of construction of the "vegetable basket" project as a whole. As an indispensable part of the residents' lives, the farmers' market is meeting the needs of the broad masses of the people for agricultural and sideline products. It has played an important role in facilitating the lives of urban and rural residents, ensuring people's livelihood, promoting the economic development of urban and rural areas and enhancing the image and quality of the city. However, because of the different local conditions and consumer consumption habits, There are different requirements for the distribution, specification and internal design of the farmers' market. Therefore, studying the present situation of the farmers' market and its promotion strategy will improve the people's livelihood and enhance the happiness index of the residents. Based on the summarization of domestic and foreign research trends, the paper analyzes the development situation of Zhangjiagang farmers' market from the background analysis of Zhangjiagang city development, and concludes the construction layout of Zhangjiagang farmers' market. The problems in infrastructure, management methods, and so on. By comparing the development experience of domestic and foreign farmers' markets, according to the level of economic and social development in the urban and rural areas of Zhangjiagang, the characteristics of residents' daily consumption, and the development trend of farmers' markets, Finally, it puts forward the overall development ideas and implementation plans, and from the establishment of the organizational leadership system, to promote the return of farmers' market to public welfare, and improve the management system of farmers' market. Some suggestions are put forward to support the overall development of Zhangjiagang farmers' market.
