【摘要】：當前服務貿(mào)易已經(jīng)成為拉動世界經(jīng)濟增長的新動力,經(jīng)過幾十年的努力,我國服務貿(mào)易也取得了突出的成績,服務貿(mào)易無論是進口額還是出口額都躋身世界前列。山東省作為東部沿海的經(jīng)濟大省,服務貿(mào)易發(fā)展迅速,呈現(xiàn)出規(guī)模擴大、逆差增加的趨勢。在充分肯定山東省服務貿(mào)易總量較快增長的同時,我們也應該認識到山東省服務貿(mào)易在發(fā)展中存在結(jié)構(gòu)失衡的問題,服務貿(mào)易的出口以旅游、運輸、建筑服務為主,新興的技術(shù)密集型服務貿(mào)易雖然增速很快,但整體出口占比很小,這使得山東省的服務貿(mào)易在中國乃至世界分工體系中都很被動,極大了制約了山東省服務貿(mào)易以及服務業(yè)的可持續(xù)性、高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。因此本文的研究目的就是要找出影響山東省服務貿(mào)易出口結(jié)構(gòu)的因素及其具體的影響程度,提出優(yōu)化山東省的服務貿(mào)易出口結(jié)構(gòu)的政策建議,這對于提升整個地區(qū)的服務業(yè)水平和服務貿(mào)易質(zhì)量,以及提升山東省在世界分工體系中的地位都有重要的意義。本文根據(jù)山東省服務貿(mào)易現(xiàn)狀及出口結(jié)構(gòu)存在的問題,選取了人力資本、物質(zhì)資本、技術(shù)進步、服務貿(mào)易開放度、服務業(yè)外商直接投資、貨物貿(mào)易規(guī)模六個因素,分別闡述了其對山東省服務貿(mào)易出口結(jié)構(gòu)變動的作用機理,在此基礎上,選取各因素的相關指標,以2003-2013年的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)為樣本,建立計量經(jīng)濟模型,實證分析了各因素對山東省服務貿(mào)易出口結(jié)構(gòu)的影響程度,得出結(jié)論:人力資本、物質(zhì)資本、技術(shù)進步、服務貿(mào)易開放度、服務業(yè)FDI的增加,有利于山東省服務貿(mào)易出口結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化,但是貨物貿(mào)易的發(fā)展對山東省服務貿(mào)易出口結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化升級有抑制作用。
[Abstract]:At present, trade in services has become a new driving force for the growth of the world economy. After decades of efforts, China's trade in services has also made outstanding achievements. Both imports and exports of trade in services rank among the top in the world. As a large economic province along the eastern coast of Shandong Province, trade in services has developed rapidly, showing an expansion in scale. While fully affirming the rapid growth of the total volume of service trade in Shandong Province, we should also recognize that there is a structural imbalance in the development of service trade in Shandong Province, and that exports of service trade are tourism and transportation. Although the emerging technology-intensive trade in services is growing rapidly, the proportion of overall exports is very small, which makes the service trade in Shandong Province very passive in the division of labor system in China and the world. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to find out the factors that affect the export structure of Shandong service trade and its specific influence degree. It puts forward policy recommendations to optimize the export structure of service trade in Shandong Province, which will improve the level of service industry and the quality of service trade in the whole region. According to the current situation of service trade in Shandong Province and the existing problems of export structure, this paper selects human capital, material capital, technological progress, open degree of service trade. Foreign direct investment (FDI) in service industry and scale of trade in goods are the six factors that influence the structure change of service trade export in Shandong province. On this basis, the relevant indexes of each factor are selected, and the statistical data from 2003 to 2013 are taken as samples. This paper establishes econometric model, empirically analyzes the influence of various factors on the export structure of Shandong service trade, and draws a conclusion: human capital, material capital, technological progress, open degree of service trade, and the increase of FDI in service industry. It is beneficial to the optimization of the export structure of Shandong service trade, but the development of the goods trade can restrain the optimization and upgrading of the export structure of Shandong service trade.
