基于傾向得分匹配的實(shí)證分析
本文關(guān)鍵詞:中國(guó)企業(yè)進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易的工資溢價(jià),由筆耕文化傳播整理發(fā)布。
微觀數(shù)據(jù)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)研究都顯示,出口工資紅利的確存在。另外,項(xiàng)松林(2013)亦得到相同的結(jié)論。
本文使用與包群等(2011)類(lèi)似的研究方法,得到的結(jié)論卻不盡相同。主要是由于本文在方法應(yīng)用上進(jìn)行了一些調(diào)整,使得分析結(jié)果更為合理和切合實(shí)際:(1)包群等(2011)分別考察了1998—2001和2000—2006兩個(gè)時(shí)間段的情況,2000—2006年這一階段時(shí)間跨度較大,其中,樣本時(shí)間長(zhǎng)帶來(lái)的額外干擾因素會(huì)影響實(shí)證結(jié)果。而本文則選取對(duì)貿(mào)易有重要影響的事件,并將1999—2007年整個(gè)期間劃分為1999—2001年、2002—2004年和2005—2007年3個(gè)階段,以便最大限度控制其它可能對(duì)工資造成影響的因素。(2)匹配指標(biāo)方面,本文選擇能夠更全面反映企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率的全要素生產(chǎn)率代替包群等(2011)使用的勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率指標(biāo)。出口企業(yè)與非出口企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)狀況變量沒(méi)有在3個(gè)階段配對(duì)前都存在顯著差異,所以本文未采用。(3)本文的回歸模型中加入了反映企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)程度的赫芬達(dá)爾指數(shù),結(jié)果表明,隨著時(shí)間推移,中國(guó)勞動(dòng)市場(chǎng)的市場(chǎng)化程度有所加強(qiáng)。
一直以來(lái),出口在中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)中扮演著非常重要的角色,但是,其對(duì)中國(guó)普通勞動(dòng)者的影響卻并不明朗。本文的研究證實(shí),出口在中國(guó)勞動(dòng)收入的增長(zhǎng)軌跡中發(fā)揮著積極作用。
