【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟全球化和中國改革開放的雙重動力下，中國的經(jīng)濟蓬勃發(fā)展，取得了驕人成績。活躍于國際舞臺上的跨國公司、日益深化的國際分工使中國不斷地融入到國際化的浪潮中。近年來，外商直接投資（FDI）日漸觸及到中國各個行業(yè)、各個領(lǐng)域，龐大的投資規(guī)模，強勁的投資力度，外加驚人的出口數(shù)量，使得外商直接投資企業(yè)的出口在中國整體對外貿(mào)易出口中占極大比重，有力地推動中國對外貿(mào)易的發(fā)展。但FDI也呈現(xiàn)出了一系列的特點，如投資目的不同、投資流向差異性明顯等等，使中國的產(chǎn)業(yè)不平衡性加劇、商品結(jié)構(gòu)差異更明顯。FDI“功”、“過”的“雙重”屬性盡顯無疑。與此同時，新形勢下，中國海外市場屢遭碰壁，“反傾銷”、“反調(diào)查”的“雙反”待遇使中國認(rèn)識到出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)亟需調(diào)整。因此，F(xiàn)DI與中國出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化之間的關(guān)系性研究迫在眉睫。如其相關(guān)性屬實，中國招商引資政策必會做出相應(yīng)的調(diào)整，這對中國出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化有積極意義。 本文在進行研究時，首先匯總整理1985-2012年長達(dá)27年的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)，之后采用文獻分析法、規(guī)范分析與實證研究法、定量分析與定性分析法相結(jié)合的研究方式來進行說明、分析與論證。逐一交待27年間中國在FDI實際利用方面的變遷，如FDI發(fā)展起步、小幅增長、飛速增長、下降調(diào)整、全面開放五大階段；FDI的產(chǎn)業(yè)分布、行業(yè)分布、來源結(jié)構(gòu)等特性；27年間中國出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)狀況，如工業(yè)制成品的比重逐漸高于初級產(chǎn)品比重，機電產(chǎn)品、高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品的比重不斷飛速上漲。之后進一步采用定量分析，點明FDI對拉動中國出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)改善方面的貢獻，論證FDI與中國出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化方面呈現(xiàn)的相關(guān)性，及兩者之間的直接與間接效應(yīng)機制。 其次，對FDI與出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化之間的相關(guān)性進行包括ADF檢驗在內(nèi)的實證分析�？紤]到經(jīng)濟環(huán)境的系統(tǒng)性，創(chuàng)新性地突破研究模型的單一化，將影響出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)的外商直接投資FDI、貿(mào)易開放度、要素稟賦、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)融入模型。最終的實證結(jié)果表明，F(xiàn)DI與中國長期的出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)之間具有很強的相關(guān)性。FDI每增加一個百分點，商品出口結(jié)構(gòu)相應(yīng)得到0.451201個百分點的優(yōu)化。 最后，，基于對文獻的分析、定量分析與定性分析、規(guī)范分析與實證研究，提出了當(dāng)下FDI過程中存在的如結(jié)構(gòu)失衡等主要問題，以及借助外資的動力，改善出口商品結(jié)構(gòu)的建議。
[Abstract]:Under the dual driving force of economic globalization and China's reform and opening up, China's economy is booming and has made remarkable achievements. In recent years, foreign direct investment (FDI) has increasingly touched all sectors of China, various fields, huge scale of investment, strong investment, In addition to the astonishing export volume, the export of foreign direct investment enterprises accounts for a large proportion of China's overall foreign trade export, and it has a strong impact on the development of China's foreign trade. But FDI also shows a series of characteristics. If the purpose of investment is different, the difference of investment flow is obvious and so on, the industrial imbalance in China is aggravated, the difference of commodity structure is more obvious, the "merit" of FDI and the "double" attribute of "excessive" are obvious. At the same time, under the new situation, there is no doubt that, under the new situation, The treatment of "antidumping" and "anti-investigation" in China's overseas markets makes China realize that the structure of export commodities needs to be adjusted urgently, so it is urgent to study the relationship between FDI and the optimization of China's export commodity structure. If its relevance is true, China's investment policy will be adjusted accordingly, which is of positive significance to the optimization of China's export commodity structure. In this paper, firstly, the statistical data from 1985 to 2012 were collected and sorted out for 27 years, and then the methods of literature analysis, normative analysis and empirical research, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis were used to explain. Analysis and argumentation. One by one, the changes in the actual utilization of FDI in China during the past 27 years, such as the beginning of the development of FDI, the small growth, the rapid growth, the declining adjustment, the overall opening up of the five stages of the industrial distribution, the industrial distribution, the industrial distribution, Source structure and other characteristics during the past 27 years, the structure of China's export commodities, such as the proportion of manufactured products gradually higher than the proportion of primary products, the proportion of mechanical and electrical products and high-tech products has been rising rapidly. This paper points out the contribution of FDI to the improvement of China's export commodity structure, demonstrates the correlation between FDI and Chinese export commodity structure optimization, and the mechanism of direct and indirect effects between them. Secondly, the correlation between FDI and export commodity structure optimization is analyzed by empirical analysis, including ADF test. Considering the systematization of economic environment, the research model is innovatively broken through. Foreign direct investment (FDI), trade openness, factor endowment, which will affect the structure of export commodities, The final empirical results show that there is a strong correlation between FDI and China's long-term export commodity structure. For each increase of one percentage point of FDI, the commodity export structure is optimized by 0.451201 percentage points. Finally, based on the analysis of literature, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, normative analysis and empirical research, the paper points out the main problems existing in the process of FDI, such as structural imbalance, and the power of using foreign capital. Suggestions for improving the structure of export commodities.
