【摘要】:隨著“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”的深入開展,電子商務(wù)得以飛速發(fā)展,電子商務(wù)的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域不斷拓展,模式不斷演變,影響著全世界人民的生產(chǎn)生活方式。我國為農(nóng)業(yè)大國,在改革開放和社會經(jīng)濟進步的過程中,由土地總量過少的矛盾轉(zhuǎn)換成農(nóng)業(yè)市場結(jié)構(gòu)單一化、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營流通滯后化、農(nóng)村人口留守化、農(nóng)業(yè)市場運營模式陳舊等問題。農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)的普及化,農(nóng)村淘寶進駐全國各村鎮(zhèn),信息和實物之間、線上和線下之間的聯(lián)系變得愈加緊密,在農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營領(lǐng)域中發(fā)展電子商務(wù)勢在必行,不僅可以將農(nóng)產(chǎn)品更好的與消費者聯(lián)系起來,還可以讓客戶更好的了解農(nóng)產(chǎn)品,提高農(nóng)民收入,做好農(nóng)業(yè)金融服務(wù),增強安全信任感。農(nóng)業(yè)市場投資大、盈利周期長、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通環(huán)節(jié)等現(xiàn)狀制約因素,能否借助于新型的電子商務(wù)模式進一步發(fā)展,這都需要研究與實踐。本文著重從現(xiàn)有農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)模式出發(fā),探尋適合新農(nóng)業(yè)、新農(nóng)民、新農(nóng)村的生態(tài)電子商務(wù)模式應(yīng)用研究。本文最重要的價值就是擬構(gòu)建一套關(guān)于農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商務(wù)發(fā)展新模式與實施路徑系統(tǒng),為當前農(nóng)產(chǎn)品經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的創(chuàng)新與突破提供方法論指導。本文在構(gòu)建農(nóng)業(yè)電子商務(wù)新模式中,主要從以下幾個方面進行。第一,基于農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商務(wù)模式的現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的技術(shù)實現(xiàn),多維度、多視角、多渠道分析和探究農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商務(wù)新模式的本質(zhì),并對農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商務(wù)模式的未來發(fā)展趨勢進行大膽預測。第二,從我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商務(wù)現(xiàn)狀分析入手,對比國內(nèi)外發(fā)達國家目前在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商務(wù)方面的優(yōu)勢,指出我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商務(wù)目前面臨的困難,并分析它的成因。第三,當前生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商務(wù)供應(yīng)鏈在實際運行過程中,還存在庫存、采購和信息管理等方面的問題。提出轉(zhuǎn)變管理的理念,優(yōu)化庫存環(huán)節(jié)管理,加強采購管理和信息管理,從而保證供應(yīng)鏈運行的有效性,實現(xiàn)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場的良性發(fā)展優(yōu)化策略。第四,構(gòu)建農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商務(wù)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)模式。提出本土化農(nóng)民電商合作社模式分析、縣鎮(zhèn)區(qū)域電商模式分析研究、基于健康物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的“農(nóng)宅對接”解決方案、本土化020模式分析研究、云計算可視化模式分析研究,根據(jù)以上四個方面緊緊圍繞市場需求變化,以增加農(nóng)民收入、保障有效供給為主要目標,以提高農(nóng)業(yè)供給質(zhì)量為主攻方向,優(yōu)化農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)體系、生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營體系,為農(nóng)業(yè)電商開發(fā)一系列可持續(xù)發(fā)展的新型電子商務(wù)模式。
[Abstract]:With the development of "Internet", E-commerce has been developed rapidly, the application of E-commerce has been expanded, the mode of E-commerce has been evolving, and it has influenced the way of production and life of people all over the world. China is a big agricultural country. In the process of reform and opening up and social and economic progress, the contradiction of too little land quantity has been transformed into a single agricultural market structure, a lag in the circulation of agricultural products production and operation, and a shift in the rural population to stay behind. With the popularization of agricultural electronic commerce, the rural Taobao has been stationed in villages and towns across the country, and the links between information and physical objects, online and offline, have become more and more close. It is imperative to develop electronic commerce in the field of agricultural production and management. It can not only better link agricultural products with consumers, but also enable customers to better understand agricultural products, raise farmers' income, and do a good job in agricultural financial services. Enhancing the sense of trust in safety. The agricultural market has a large investment, a long profit cycle, and the circulation of agricultural products, and so on. Can it be further developed with the aid of a new electronic commerce model? All this needs to be studied and practiced. This paper focuses on the existing agricultural e-commerce model, to find out suitable for new agriculture, new farmers, The most important value of this paper is to build a set of new mode and implementation path system of agricultural e-commerce development. To provide methodological guidance for the innovation and breakthrough of the current agricultural product economic development. In the construction of the new agricultural e-commerce model, this paper mainly from the following aspects. First, based on the current situation of agricultural e-commerce model, Combined with the technological realization of the Internet, multi-dimensional, multi-perspective, multi-channel analysis and exploration of the nature of the new agricultural e-commerce model, and the future development of agricultural e-commerce model to carry out a bold prediction. Second, Starting with the analysis of the current situation of agricultural e-commerce in China, comparing the advantages of the developed countries at home and abroad in the field of e-commerce of agricultural products, this paper points out the difficulties faced by the e-commerce of agricultural products in our country, and analyzes the causes of its formation. Third, In the current supply chain of fresh agricultural products, there are still some problems such as inventory, purchasing and information management, etc. This paper puts forward the idea of changing management, optimizing the management of inventory, strengthening the management of purchasing and information, etc. So as to ensure the effectiveness of supply chain operation, realize the optimal strategy of benign development of agricultural product market. 4th, construct the agricultural products e-commerce ecosystem model. County and town area e-commerce model analysis research, based on the healthy Internet of things "agricultural house docking" solution, localization 020 model analysis and research, cloud computing visualization model analysis and research, according to the above four aspects tightly around the market demand changes. The main goal is to increase farmers' income and ensure effective supply, to improve the quality of agricultural supply as the main attack direction, to optimize the agricultural industrial system, production and management system, and to develop a series of new e-business models of sustainable development for agricultural e-commerce.
