【摘要】：近幾年來國際服務(wù)貿(mào)易在世界范圍內(nèi)快速發(fā)展,一方面提高了勞動生產(chǎn)率,另一方面,也加深了各國間的國際貿(mào)易往來。服務(wù)貿(mào)易在世界貿(mào)易中占有了重要的位置,成為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的焦點(diǎn)。但是在俄羅斯國際服務(wù)市場還是不太發(fā)達(dá),表現(xiàn)在國際服務(wù)貿(mào)易的年增長率落后于國際貨物貿(mào)易的增長�，F(xiàn)在俄羅斯服務(wù)業(yè)的發(fā)展程度介于發(fā)達(dá)國家與發(fā)展中國家之間。一方面,上世紀(jì)90年代在大城市(尤其是莫斯科和圣彼得堡),服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速,接近西方服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展水平。另一方面,在俄羅斯的遠(yuǎn)東地區(qū),城市服務(wù)貿(mào)易的發(fā)展水平更接近于“第三世界”國家的程度。由此可知,目前俄羅斯服務(wù)貿(mào)易在世界服務(wù)貿(mào)易領(lǐng)域所占的比重并不大,所以分析俄羅斯服務(wù)貿(mào)易存在的競爭力對俄羅斯服務(wù)貿(mào)易未來的發(fā)展有一定的幫助,不僅對俄羅斯經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展有促進(jìn)作用,還有利于俄羅斯服務(wù)貿(mào)易在世界服務(wù)貿(mào)易領(lǐng)域地位的提升,促進(jìn)俄羅斯服務(wù)貿(mào)易未來發(fā)展。俄羅斯服務(wù)貿(mào)易競爭力的分析,首先從俄羅斯服務(wù)貿(mào)易的下屬部門服務(wù)貿(mào)易總量進(jìn)行了分析,并且從俄羅斯服務(wù)貿(mào)易在國際市場的占有率和俄羅斯在服務(wù)貿(mào)易方面存在的比較優(yōu)勢兩個方面對俄羅斯服務(wù)貿(mào)易的發(fā)展進(jìn)行了深入的研究分析,同時也對俄羅斯各部門的服務(wù)貿(mào)易的優(yōu)勢進(jìn)行了分析,本文中主要從俄羅斯旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展、教育業(yè)、航天領(lǐng)域和運(yùn)輸業(yè)等幾個部門著手進(jìn)行的分析。然后通過這些對比研究,找出俄羅斯服務(wù)貿(mào)易在發(fā)展中存在的問題和弊端,并找出和提出相對應(yīng)的解決對策,促進(jìn)俄羅斯服務(wù)貿(mào)易在今后國際貿(mào)易發(fā)展和提高。
[Abstract]:In recent years, international trade in services has developed rapidly in the world. On the one hand, it has increased labor productivity, on the other hand, it has also deepened the international trade exchanges among countries. Trade in services occupies an important position in world trade. Has become the focus of economic development. However, the international service market in Russia is still not very developed. This is reflected in the fact that the annual growth rate of international trade in services lags behind the growth of international trade in goods. At present, the level of development of Russian services is somewhere between developed and developing countries. On the one hand, In -10s, in large cities (especially Moscow and St. Petersburg), the service sector developed rapidly, close to the level of the Western service industry. On the other hand, in the far East of Russia, The level of development of urban trade in services is closer to that of "third world" countries. From this, we can see that the proportion of Russian trade in services in the field of world trade in services is not large at present. Therefore, the analysis of the competitiveness of Russia's service trade will be of some help to the future development of Russia's service trade, and not only will it promote the development of the Russian economy, It is also conducive to the promotion of the status of Russia's service trade in the field of world service trade, and to the future development of Russia's service trade. The analysis of the competitiveness of Russia's service trade, First of all, it analyzes the total volume of service trade in Russia's service trade. And from the two aspects of Russia's share of service trade in the international market and Russia's comparative advantage in service trade, the development of Russian service trade is deeply studied and analyzed. At the same time, the advantages of service trade in various sectors of Russia are also analyzed. In this paper, the development of Russian tourism, the development of education, the field of aerospace and the transportation industry are mainly analyzed. Then through these comparative studies, In order to promote the development and improvement of Russian service trade in the future, the problems and disadvantages in the development of Russian service trade are found out, and the corresponding solutions are put forward to promote the development and improvement of Russian service trade in the future.
