基于數(shù)字足跡的旅新疆游客空間行為模式研究

【摘要】:人類業(yè)已邁入數(shù)字時代,與互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、通訊網(wǎng)和物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的交互愈加頻繁,在交互的過程中主動或被動的在其間留下大量的被稱為數(shù)字足跡的痕跡。數(shù)字足跡是用戶的數(shù)字畫像,即現(xiàn)實世界行為的映射,數(shù)字足跡具有研究者無涉的特點,以數(shù)字足跡為數(shù)據(jù)研究用戶行為具有新穎和獨特的價值。旅游學界已經(jīng)對數(shù)字足跡的研究進行了嘗試,但視角單一,以旅游滿意度和感知為主,對其空間性關注不足。文章以在新疆旅游的游客為案例,抓取攜程網(wǎng)上1093篇游記為樣本,應用社會網(wǎng)絡分析和聚類分析法,探究了基于數(shù)字足跡的游客的空間行為模式和新疆主要旅游節(jié)點的角色類型。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),新疆的客源分布呈波狀,以新疆為核心,分別在距新疆2500-3500KM處和4000—4500KM處呈現(xiàn)兩個波峰帶,在波谷地區(qū)出現(xiàn)北京和廣東兩個波峰點;游客在新疆表現(xiàn)出七種空間行為類別:20天環(huán)新游、北疆精華游、南疆L形深度游、喀納斯深度游、烏魯木齊深度游、伊犁河谷游和北疆環(huán)線游;從新疆內部視角可將其歸納為“環(huán)游+單點對點模式”、莖瓣式、串游點對點模式和中心輻射式;從目的地-客源地視角可將其歸納為地區(qū)游覽模式、直線-輻射式和基營模式;新疆的主要旅游節(jié)點具有六種角色類型:全疆綜合性節(jié)點、區(qū)域綜合性節(jié)點、一級旅游樞紐、二級旅游樞紐、主要節(jié)點和次要節(jié)點。未來,新疆旅游發(fā)展需要在鞏固波峰帶客源優(yōu)勢的基礎上,深挖波谷客源潛力;加強旅游規(guī)劃、開展全域旅游;強化節(jié)點角色功能,完善各節(jié)點間的競合機制。最后文章還提出了一些研究啟示,包括旅游規(guī)劃要轉向市場和全域旅游視角,重視區(qū)域競合機制和數(shù)字足跡在旅游研究中的應用方向等。
[Abstract]:Mankind has entered the digital age, and the Internet of Internet, communication network and the Internet of things more frequent interaction. In the process of interaction, active or passive left a large number of marks called digital footprints. Digital footprint is the digital portrait of users, that is, the mapping of real world behavior. Digital footprint has the characteristics that researchers are not involved, digital footprint as data to study user behavior has a novel and unique value. Tourism scholars have tried to study digital footprint, but the perspective is single. This paper takes tourists in Xinjiang as a case, grabs 1093 travel notes on Ctrip as a sample, and applies social network analysis and clustering analysis. This paper probes into the spatial behavior pattern of tourists based on digital footprint and the role types of main tourist nodes in Xinjiang. The results show that the distribution of tourists in Xinjiang is wave-shaped, with Xinjiang as the core. There are two peaks at 2500-3500km and 4000-4500KM from Xinjiang, and two peaks from Beijing and Guangdong appear in the valley area. Tourists in Xinjiang show seven kinds of spatial behavior categories: new tour of 20 days, elite tour of northern Xinjiang, L-shaped depth tour of southern Xinjiang, Kanas depth tour, Urumqi depth tour, Yili River valley tour and northern Xinjiang loop tour. From the internal perspective of Xinjiang, it can be classified as "single point-to-point model", "stem valve model", "string point to point model" and "central radiation mode". From the point of view of destination and source land, it can be divided into regional tour mode, straight-radiation mode and base camp model. The main tourism nodes in Xinjiang have six types of roles: the whole Xinjiang comprehensive node, the regional comprehensive node, the primary tourism hub, the secondary tourism hub, the main node and the secondary node. On the basis of consolidating the advantages of the tourist source of the wave peak zone, the tourism development of Xinjiang needs to dig deeply the potential of the tourist source of the wave valley. Strengthen tourism planning and develop tourism in the whole region; Finally, the paper puts forward some research enlightenment, including the tourism planning to turn to the market and the global tourism perspective. Attach importance to the mechanism of regional competition and the application direction of digital footprint in tourism research.
