【摘要】：2013年9月7日,習(xí)近平主席提出建設(shè)“新絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶”,而新疆正在著力將自己打造成為新絲路上的“核心區(qū)”。新疆的中小外貿(mào)企業(yè)在“核心區(qū)”內(nèi)處于不可替代的地位。在這樣的大環(huán)境背景下,我區(qū)中小外貿(mào)企業(yè)在快速發(fā)展的同時(shí)面臨的是瞬息萬變的國際市場和信息化社會(huì)對(duì)企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的高要求,研究企業(yè)信息網(wǎng)的建設(shè)和整合可以提高中小型外貿(mào)企業(yè)的適應(yīng)性和競爭力,為企業(yè)發(fā)展提供有力保障。本文通過對(duì)新疆中小外貿(mào)企業(yè)的信息化現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn)的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其在信息化建設(shè)中存在的實(shí)際問題,針對(duì)存在的問題提出合理解決方案。首先,本文闡述了論文的研究背景、研究目的和意義、研究的主要內(nèi)容和路線等。其次是以塔城市俊達(dá)貿(mào)易有限公司為例對(duì)新疆中小型外貿(mào)企業(yè)信息化現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行總結(jié)、分析,得出本土中小外貿(mào)企業(yè)在信息化建設(shè)過程中存在“信息孤島”的問題。第三是在研究信息整合的含義、目的、常用方法的基礎(chǔ)上得出改善中小型外貿(mào)企業(yè)信息資源整合的方法,并對(duì)該方法的各組成部分進(jìn)行了闡述和研究。并根據(jù)研究結(jié)果為塔城市俊達(dá)貿(mào)易有限公司提供了一套脈絡(luò)清晰、實(shí)現(xiàn)性較高的操作方案。最后指出了在信息資源整合過程中,中小外貿(mào)企業(yè)應(yīng)該注意的幾個(gè)問題,供未來對(duì)中小外貿(mào)企業(yè)甚至對(duì)其他行業(yè)企業(yè)信息化發(fā)展借鑒和參考。
[Abstract]:In September 7th 2013, President Xi Jinping proposed the construction of a "new Silk Road economic belt." Xinjiang is trying to build itself into a "core area" on the new silk road. The small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in Xinjiang are in an irreplaceable position in the "core area." under such a background, the small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in Xinjiang are in an irreplaceable position. At the same time, small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in our region are facing the rapid development of the rapidly changing international market and information society to the high requirements of enterprise information construction. Research on the construction and integration of enterprise information network can improve the adaptability and competitiveness of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises. Through the analysis of the current situation and characteristics of the small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in Xinjiang, we find the actual problems in the information construction. In view of the existing problems put forward a reasonable solution. First, this paper describes the research background, research purposes and significance. Secondly, taking the Tacheng Junda Trade Co., Ltd as an example to summarize and analyze the information status of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in Xinjiang. Come to the local small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in the process of information construction in the existence of "information island" problem. The third is to study the meaning and purpose of information integration. On the basis of common methods, the methods to improve the integration of information resources of small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises are obtained. According to the research results, it provides a set of clear context for Tacheng Junda Trading Co., Ltd. Finally, it points out several problems that should be paid attention to by small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in the process of information resources integration. For the future small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises and even other industries for information development reference and reference.
