【摘要】：加拿大與中國建交已有46年,其中在過去的11年里雙方已經(jīng)建立了戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系。以前的研究顯示,加拿大的清潔技術(shù)(可再生能源)的產(chǎn)業(yè)快速增長,中國在這一戰(zhàn)略市場很大的空間;但統(tǒng)計數(shù)字也顯示,加拿大進入中國的清潔技術(shù)市場是落后于其他國家的。文獻中就國際貿(mào)易環(huán)境就加中二國在這一產(chǎn)業(yè)中的活動主要集中在政策和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施問題上,以及該問題的知識產(chǎn)權(quán)(IPR)保護上。本文以現(xiàn)有的相關(guān)文獻及理論作為研究基礎(chǔ),并考慮了國際貿(mào)易政策和現(xiàn)行的做法。研究方法對清潔技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的從業(yè)人員進行半結(jié)構(gòu)化訪談,受訪人士分部在加拿大安大略省和其他地區(qū),以及位于中國的上海。文中選取的案例研究,將用于說明過去和目前的雙邊貿(mào)易實踐活動。這項研究的結(jié)果將促進作為貿(mào)易合作伙伴關(guān)系的二國有進一步的理解,明確在清潔技術(shù)(可再生能源)行業(yè)的機遇與挑戰(zhàn)。該研究還表明,加拿大和中國在該領(lǐng)域有充分的潛力實現(xiàn)其貿(mào)易伙伴關(guān)系。希望該研究可以讓更多的企業(yè)愿意在清潔技術(shù)(可再生能源)的行業(yè)進行更多的投資和貿(mào)易,為兩國創(chuàng)造更多的就業(yè)機會,以增加他們的經(jīng)濟和建設(shè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Canada has established diplomatic relations with China for 46 years, and in the past 11 years, the two sides have established a strategic partnership, according to previous studies. Canada's clean technology (renewable energy) industry is growing rapidly, and China has a lot of room in this strategic market; But the statistics also show. Canada's entry into China's clean technology market lags behind that of other countries. In terms of the international trading environment, the activities of Canada and China in this industry are mainly focused on policy and infrastructure issues. And the intellectual property protection of this issue. This paper based on the existing relevant literature and theory as the research basis. A semi-structured interview with practitioners in the clean technology industry was conducted in Ontario, Canada, and elsewhere, taking into account international trade policy and current practices. And the selected case study in Shanghai, China. The results of this study will be used to illustrate past and current bilateral trade practices. The results of this study will contribute to a better understanding of the two countries as trade partnerships. Identify opportunities and challenges in the clean technology (renewable energy) industry. Canada and China have full potential to realize their trade partnerships in this area. It is hoped that the study will make more enterprises willing to invest and trade in clean technology (renewable energy) industries. Create more jobs for both countries to increase their economies and build sustainable development.
