【摘要】：租賃業(yè)是發(fā)達國家商品流通的主渠道之一,建筑租賃業(yè)即提供建筑機械設(shè)備租賃的行業(yè),其為滿足施工企業(yè)建設(shè)項目的區(qū)域和項目需求的多樣性、梯度性需求,為施工企業(yè)博得了生存發(fā)展和利潤增長空間。近年來,該行業(yè)在政府?dāng)U大內(nèi)需、調(diào)整振興重點產(chǎn)業(yè)、保障性住房建設(shè)等大規(guī)�；A(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)需求拉動下有了較快的發(fā)展。寶雞作為連接成都、重慶、蘭州、銀川、西安的中心城市,在“一帶一路”戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想的實施中著力建設(shè)“一個中心,五個基地”,此過程帶動了大量的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)需求。寶雞建安集團租賃公司是寶雞建安集團的全資子公司。主要從事大中型塔吊租賃、腳手架搭設(shè)、起重設(shè)備安裝和技術(shù)咨詢服務(wù),如何在租賃業(yè)發(fā)展形勢下充分抓住機遇,規(guī)避風(fēng)險,在集團公司戰(zhàn)略指引下,進一步明確公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,提升核心競爭力,促進公司可持續(xù)發(fā)展,具有十分重要的意義。本文以寶雞建安集團租賃公司為研究對象,按照企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理學(xué)理論,通過對公司發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、面臨的外部環(huán)境和內(nèi)部資源狀況進行研究,并采用PEST分析、競爭五力模型、SWOT分析,找出公司外部面臨的機會和威脅,內(nèi)部具有的優(yōu)勢和劣勢,經(jīng)過反復(fù)研討、分析,制定公司未來發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略：以高端技術(shù)裝備戰(zhàn)略、結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化戰(zhàn)略和高端客戶戰(zhàn)略為基本戰(zhàn)略,目標(biāo)明確的實施戰(zhàn)略。同時明確了發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略順利實施的措施保障,為本公司今后的戰(zhàn)略制定與規(guī)劃方面的工作提供了理論依據(jù)。由于本研究為個案研究,所選企業(yè)雖然具有一定的代表性,但其所擁有的資源具有獨特性,因此,結(jié)論更具個性化；本研究環(huán)境分析在時間和時點上都有其特定性,使得研究結(jié)論的得出也具有一定的獨特性,結(jié)論對該企業(yè)具有很強的應(yīng)用價值,但無法推廣；市場調(diào)查采用訪談法,多數(shù)為競爭者調(diào)查,無法留下第一手資料。論文結(jié)論有待實踐檢驗。JA租賃公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略制定在一定程度上解決了該公司戰(zhàn)略管理問題。通過層級化的戰(zhàn)略部署為JA租賃公司明晰了未來的業(yè)務(wù)方向和發(fā)展目標(biāo),相信JA租賃公司能夠通過增強核心能力更好的服務(wù)于地方經(jīng)濟建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Leasing industry is one of the main channels of commodity circulation in developed countries. Construction leasing industry provides construction machinery and equipment leasing industry, which is to meet the diversity of regional and project needs of construction enterprises, gradient demand. In recent years, the industry has expanded domestic demand in the government, adjusted and revitalized key industries. Baoji is the central city connecting Chengdu, Chongqing, Lanzhou, Yinchuan and Xi'an. "Belt and Road" in the implementation of the strategic concept of efforts to build "one center, five bases." This process led to a large number of infrastructure construction needs. Baoji Jianan Group Leasing Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Baoji Jianan Group. It is mainly engaged in large and medium-sized tower crane leasing scaffolding erection. Lifting equipment installation and technical advisory services, how to fully seize the opportunity in the leasing industry development situation, avoid risks, under the guidance of the group company strategy, further define the company development strategy, enhance the core competitiveness. It is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of the company. This paper takes Baoji Jianan Group Lease Company as the research object, according to the theory of enterprise strategic management, through the development of the company. The external environment and internal resources are studied, and the PEST analysis is used to find out the opportunities and threats, the internal strengths and weaknesses. After repeated discussion, analysis, the formulation of the company's future development strategy: high-end technology and equipment strategy, structural optimization strategy and high-end customer strategy as the basic strategy. At the same time, it defines the measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the development strategy, which provides a theoretical basis for the company's future strategy formulation and planning work. As this study is a case study. Although the selected enterprises are representative, the resources they possess are unique, so the conclusion is more individualized. The analysis of the research environment has its own characteristics in time and time, which makes the conclusion of the research have its own uniqueness. The conclusion has a strong application value to the enterprise, but it can not be popularized. The market survey adopts interview method, most of which are competitors' survey. The conclusion of the paper is to be proved by practice. The development strategy of JA leasing company has solved the problem of its strategy management to a certain extent. Clear future business direction and development goals. JA Leasing Company is believed to be able to better serve the local economy by enhancing its core competence.
