【摘要】:近年來,我國經(jīng)濟結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整步伐加快,金融支持實體經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的作用愈加顯著。"投資、出口、消費"作為我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的三大驅(qū)動力,然而高投資和高出口帶動經(jīng)濟增長的速度減緩,"發(fā)展消費金融,擴大內(nèi)需,拉動消費"成為我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展新的增長點。一方面,由于歐美等西方國家經(jīng)濟下行導致地方貿(mào)易保護現(xiàn)象嚴重,使得我國大量外貿(mào)出口公司面臨產(chǎn)能過剩甚至瀕臨破產(chǎn)的風險;另一方面,我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展長期依賴基礎建設投資,然而近些年投資速度放緩并伴隨投資過,F(xiàn)象,我國經(jīng)濟增長速度逐漸放緩。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術的快速發(fā)展,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)消費金融迎來了新的機遇期。本文以我國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)消費金融的風險為研究對象,探究我國互聯(lián)網(wǎng)消費金融在發(fā)展中存在的風險,并提出有針對性的防范措施。首先,本論文通過對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)消費金融涵義的界定,并分析了國內(nèi)外關于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)消費金融研究的現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)出互聯(lián)網(wǎng)消費金融具有小額分散、方便快捷、大數(shù)據(jù)化等特征。接著本文分析了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)消費金融發(fā)展的環(huán)境,一是分析宏觀環(huán)境,經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展形成了良好的消費環(huán)境,政府也出臺相關政策促進消費環(huán)境的改善,消費金融發(fā)展迎來了新契機;二是分析微觀環(huán)境,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術不斷創(chuàng)新與改進,居民消費意識不斷提升,均為互聯(lián)網(wǎng)消費金融的發(fā)展提供了現(xiàn)實基礎。然后本文進一步分析了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)消費金融的發(fā)展趨勢,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)消費金融朝著規(guī)模擴大化、消費場景化、消費多元化方向發(fā)展。其次,本文重點分析了四種不同模式下互聯(lián)網(wǎng)消費金融運營模式及存在的風險,包括電商平臺的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)消費金融、P2P網(wǎng)貸平臺的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)消費金融、消費金融公司的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)消費金融和商業(yè)銀行的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)消費金融,各模式分別以螞蟻花唄、拍拍貸、北銀消費金融、中銀E貸典型機構(gòu)為研究對象。接著對不同模式的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)消費金融存在的風險進行比較分析,總結(jié)出互聯(lián)網(wǎng)消費金融風險共包括信用風險、市場風險、操作與技術風險、法律與監(jiān)管風險六大類,并分析了各種風險的形成原因。最后,本文針對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融風險從消費者、金融機構(gòu)、政府三個層面提出了具有針對性的防范措施。消費者層面,需要擴展消費者消費金融知識,培養(yǎng)消費者信用意識,加強消費者權益保護;金融機構(gòu)層面,需要加強風險控制體系建設,加強內(nèi)部管理制度建設,引進合理的市場競爭機制,加強專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng);政府層面,需要完善個人征信體系建設,完善監(jiān)管制度建設。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the pace of economic restructuring in China has been accelerated, and the role of financial support for the development of the real economy has become more and more prominent. "Investment, export and consumption" are the three major driving forces of our country's economic development. However, the rate of economic growth driven by high investment and high export has slowed down. "developing consumer finance, expanding domestic demand and stimulating consumption" has become a new growth point of economic development in China. Due to the economic downturn of western countries, such as Europe and America, the phenomenon of local trade protection is serious, which makes a large number of export companies of our country face the risk of overcapacity or even the risk of bankruptcy. On the other hand, China's economic development depends on infrastructure investment for a long time. However, in recent years, the rate of investment has slowed down and accompanied by the phenomenon of excess investment, the economic growth rate of our country has gradually slowed down. With the rapid development of Internet technology. Internet consumer finance has ushered in a new period of opportunity. This paper takes the risks of Internet consumption finance as the research object to explore the risks in the development of Internet consumer finance in China. First of all, this paper defines the meaning of Internet consumer finance, and analyzes the current situation of Internet consumer finance research at home and abroad. Summed up that Internet consumer finance has the characteristics of small dispersion, convenience and fast, big data. Then this paper analyzes the development of Internet consumer finance environment, one is to analyze the macro environment. The rapid development of economy has formed a good consumption environment, the government has also issued relevant policies to promote the improvement of the consumption environment, consumer finance development ushered in a new opportunity; The second is to analyze the micro environment, the Internet technology innovation and improvement, consumer awareness of the residents continue to improve. Then this paper further analyzes the development trend of Internet consumer finance, the Internet consumer finance towards the scale of expansion, consumption scenario. Secondly, this paper focuses on the analysis of four different modes of Internet consumption finance operation mode and the risks, including e-commerce platform of Internet consumer finance. P2P network lending platform of Internet consumer finance, consumer finance companies of Internet consumer finance and commercial banks of Internet consumer finance, each model of ants to spend, PPDAI, Beiyin consumer finance. Bank of China E loan typical institutions as the research object. Then to different patterns of Internet consumer finance risk comparative analysis, summed up that Internet consumer finance risk includes credit risk, market risk. Operation and technical risk, legal and regulatory risk six categories, and analyzed the formation of various risks. Finally, this paper aims at Internet financial risks from consumers, financial institutions. At the consumer level, it is necessary to expand consumer financial knowledge, cultivate consumer credit awareness, and strengthen consumer rights and interests protection. At the level of financial institutions, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of risk control system, strengthen the construction of internal management system, introduce a reasonable market competition mechanism, and strengthen the training of professional talents. At the level of government, we need to perfect the construction of personal credit system and the construction of supervision system.
